INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)

  • 4 ardei copti
  • 200 grame rosii cherry
  • 100 grame masline kalamata
  • 8 capere mari
  • 3 catei usturoi
  • o lingura ulei de masline
  • 2 linguri otet balsamic
  • 3 fire busuioc proaspat
  • 1/2 lingurita oregano uscat
  • 200 grame burrata
  • Sare

Coacem ardeii, ii curatam de coaja si seminte, sau, alternativ, putem folosi ardei copti congelați. Dupa ce ii taiem in fasii subtiri, adaugam rosiile cherry taiate in sferturi, masline, capere, usturoi zdrobit, sare, ulei de masline, otet balsamic, busuioc tocat fin si oregano. Amestecam cu grija si lasam compozitia la marinat cel putin 6 ore.

Dupa marinare, transferam amestecul intr-un castron, iar apoi rupem bucati de burrata pe care le asezam delicat peste legumele pregatite.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)

  • 4 roasted peppers
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams Kalamata olives
  • 8 large capers
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 sprigs fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 200 grams burrata
  • Salt

Roast the peppers, peel off the skin and remove the seeds, or alternatively, use frozen roasted peppers. After slicing them into thin strips, add the quartered cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, crushed garlic, salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, finely chopped basil, and oregano. Mix gently and let the mixture marinate for at least 6 hours.

After marination, transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, then tear the burrata into pieces and place them delicately over the prepared vegetables.

Serve with toasted bread, as a salad or appetizer, alongside an Italian charcuterie platter.
