INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
- 200 grame burrata
- 3 linguri ulei de masline
- 1 lingura busuioc proaspat
- Sucul de la 1 lamaie
- Coaja de lamaie
- Sare

Punem intr-un borcan sucul de lamaie, uleiul de masline, coaja de lamaie, busuiocul taiat marunt si sarea. Inchidem cu capac si amestecam energic.
Intr-un bol punem burrata si turnam deasupra dressing-ul de lamaie cu busuioc.

Pentru mixul de masline, amestecam maslinele kalamata si maslinele verzi cu usturoi zdrobit, oregano, coaja de lamaie si ulei de masline.

Pentru salata de rosii, taiem rosiile cherry marunt si le amestecam cu sare, oregano, usturoi zdrobit si ulei de masline.
Servim burrata alaturi de un mix de mezeluri, masline si rosii.

Lemon Basil Burrata
Burrata with lemon and basil sauce. What could be better for an Italian-inspired starter? Creamy, extra delicious cheese infused with a delicious lemon, olive oil and basil sauce served with fresh or toasted wholemeal bread and a platter of charcuterie, mixed olives and the famous tomato salad with garlic, oregano and olive oil.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
- 200 grams burrata
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Lemon zest
- Salt
Put the lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, finely chopped basil and salt in a jar. Close with a lid and mix vigorously. Put the burrata in a bowl and pour the lemon basil dressing on top.
For the olive mix, mix kalamata olives and green olives with crushed garlic, oregano, lemon zest and olive oil.
For the tomato salad, cut the cherry tomatoes small and mix them with salt, oregano, crushed garlic and olive oil.
Serve burrata with a charcuterie platter, olives mix and tomato salad.
