INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 300 grame calamari
- 100 grame masline
- 200 grame rosii cherry
- 4 catei de usturoi
- 2 linguri patrunjel verde
- 3 linguri pesmet panko
- 1 lingura ulei de masline
- Sare

Curatam calamarii si ii taiem in fasii late de aproximativ 2 cm. Presaram sare peste acestia, apoi adaugam rosiile cherry taiate in jumatate, maslinele, usturoiul zdrobit, patrunjelul verde tocat fin, pesmetul panko si uleiul de masline. Amestecam cu grija pentru a omogeniza ingredientele.

Ungem usor o tava termorezistenta cu putin ulei de masline, apoi transferam compozitia pregatita. Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C si coacem timp de 30 de minute, pana cand preparatul capata o textura aurie si apetisanta.

Servim calamarii ca fel principal, simpli sau insotiti de un sos fin de usturoi, pentru un plus de savoare.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
- 300 grams calamari
- 100 grams olives
- 200 grams cherry tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
Clean the calamari and cut them into thick strips of about 2 cm. Sprinkle them with salt, then add the halved cherry tomatoes, olives, crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley, panko breadcrumbs, and olive oil. Mix gently to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Lightly grease a heat-resistant baking dish with a little olive oil, then transfer the prepared mixture into it. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 30 minutes, until the dish achieves a golden and appetizing texture.
Serve the calamari as a main course, either on their own or accompanied by a delicate garlic sauce for extra flavor.
