INGREDIENTE (pentru 20 de portii)

  • 8 ardei iuti colorati
  • 2 tije apio
  • 2 morcovi mici
  • 100 grame telina
  • 230 ml apa
  • 230 ml otet de mere
  • 2 linguri zahar
  • 3 lingurite sare

Aceasta reteta se distinge prin simplitatea sa si poate fi realizata cu usurinta in orice perioada a anului, intrucat ingredientele necesare – legume usor de gasit in orice supermarket – sunt disponibile permanent. Alegem ardei iuti in culori variate – rosii, verzi si portocalii – pentru un plus de savoare si aspect vizual.

Spalam cu grija toate legumele, le curatam, apoi le taiem in cubulete de aproximativ 0,5 cm, iar ardeii rondele de aproximativ 1 cm. Le amestecam intr-un bol incapator, dupa care le distribuim uniform in borcane sterilizate.

Intre timp, pregatim marinada: intr-o craticioara, aducem la fierbere apa, otet de mere, zahar si sare. Lasam amestecul sa fiarba timp de 10 minute, apoi turnam lichidul fierbinte peste legumele din borcane. Inchidem ermetic cu capace si lasam la temperatura camerei timp de doua zile, pentru ca aromele sa se imbine armonios. Ulterior, depozitam borcanele intr-un loc racoros si intunecat.

INGREDIENTS (for 20 servings)

  • 8 colorful hot peppers
  • 2 celery stalks (apio)
  • 2 small carrots
  • 100 grams of celery root
  • 230 ml water
  • 230 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons salt

This recipe stands out for its simplicity and can be easily prepared at any time of the year, as the required ingredients – common vegetables found in any supermarket – are always available. We choose hot peppers in various colors – red, green, and orange – for an extra touch of flavor and visual appeal.

We carefully wash all the vegetables, clean them, then chop them into small cubes of about 0.5 cm. Mix them in a large bowl, then evenly distribute the mixture into sterilized jars.
