Orez, peste, legume proaspete, sos dulce de chilli, maioneza picanta, toate intr-o singura farfurie delicioasa.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

Pentru orez / For rice

  • 150 grame orez pentru sushi / 150 grams sushi rice
  • 250 ml apa / 250 ml water
  • 3 lingurite otet de orez / 3 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 lingurite zahar / 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 lingurita sare / 1 teaspoon salt

Pentru sosul chilli / For chilli sauce

  • 2 linguri maioneza / 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 linguri maioneza sriracha / 2 tablespoons sriracha mayo
  • 2 linguri sos de chilli dulce picant / 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

Pentru bol / For bowl

  • 300 grame somon proaspat / 300 grams fresh salmon
  • 4 linguri sos de chilli dulce picant / 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 lingura sos soia pentru sushi / 1 tablespoon sushi soya sauce
  • 1 lingurita sos sriracha / 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 lingura ulei / 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 castraveti / 2 cucumbers
  • 1 lingurita miere / 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 lingurite otet de orez / 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 avocado / 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cepe verzi / 2 green onions
  • 30 grame ghimbir murat / 30 grams pickled ginger
  • Seminte de susan / Sesame seeds
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru a pregati orezul, alegem un orez special pentru sushi si il spalam foarte bine. Punem la fiert orezul cu putina sare si apa. Eu am ales sa folosesc Tefal One Pot, functia “Rice”. Intre timp, amestecam otetul, zaharul si sarea si le incalzim putin, fara a le fierbe. Cand orezul este fiert il amestecam cu sosul de otet si il lasam la racit, pana cand ajunge la temperatura camerei.

Pasul 2 este pregatirea salatei de castraveti, deoarece trebuie sa o lasam putin la marinat. Taiem castravetii in felii subtiri si ii amestecam cu un dressing din miere, sare si otet de orez.

Pentru sosul chilli cu maioneza amestecam toate ingredientele si pastram la rece pana in momentul servirii.

Taiem somonul in cuburi cu latura de 2 cm si presaram cu sare. Intr-un bol amestecam sosul dulce picant de chilli cu sosul de soia si sosul sriracha. Intr-o tigaie incingem uleiul si prajim somonul, intr-un singur strat, cate 2 minute pe o parte si 2 minute pe cealalta parte. Turnam sosul de chilli si amestecam prin miscarea usoara a tigaii. Mai lasam pe foc 2 minute si presaram seminte de susan alb.

Pentru servire asezam in bol un strat de orez si aranjam deasupra lui feliile de avocado, salata de castraveti, ceapa verde taiata marunt, ghimbirul murat si somonul cu sos de chilli. Presaram seminte de susan.

Servim bolul alaturi de sosul dulce picant de maioneza si chilli si un pahar de vin alb rece.

Sweet Chilli Salmon Bowl

If you are looking for a new way to highlight salmon, I invite you to try this Sweet Chilli Salmon Bowl. This bowl will make you think of the flavors you find in sushi. Rice, fish, fresh vegetables, sweet chili sauce, spicy mayonnaise, all in one delicious plate.

To prepare the rice, choose a special rice for sushi and wash it very well. Boil the rice with a little salt and water. I chose to use the Tefal One Pot, the „Rice” function. Meanwhile, mix the vinegar, sugar and salt and heat them, without boiling. When the rice is cooked, mix it with the vinegar sauce and let it cool, until it reaches room temperature.

Step 2 is preparing the cucumber salad, because we have to leave it to marinate. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and mix them with a dressing of honey, salt and rice vinegar.

For the chili sauce with mayonnaise, mix all the ingredients and refrigerate until serving.

Cut the salmon into 2 cm cubes and sprinkle with salt. In a bowl, mix the sweet spicy chili sauce with the soy sauce and the sriracha sauce. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the salmon, in a single layer, for 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side. Pour the chili sauce and mix by gently moving the pan. Leave on the fire for another 2 minutes and sprinkle white sesame seeds.

To serve, place a layer of rice in the bowl and arrange the avocado slices, cucumber salad, finely chopped green onion, pickled ginger and salmon with chili sauce on top of it. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

Serve the bowl with the spicy sweet mayonnaise and chili sauce and a glass of cold white wine.
