Crostini cu branza de capra si pere coapte, prosciutto & melone fantasia, salata capresse, burrata cu smochine, salata de carpaccio de caracatita si masline marinate vor fi cu siguranta pe placul tuturor invitatilor.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 persoane / for 4 servings)
Crostini cu branza de capra si pere coapte
Reteta detaliata o regasiti aici.
Prosciutto & Melone Fantasia
- 250 grame ricotta / 250 grams ricotta
- Ulei de masline / Olive oil
- 8 felii prosciutto / 8 prosciutto slices
- 1/2 pepene galben / 1/2 melon
- Chives / Chives
- Grisine / Grissini
- Sare / Salt
Intr-un bol amestecam ricotta cu 4 linguri ulei de masline si sare. Impartim amestecul in 4 pahare, adaugam in fiecare pahar putin ulei de masline, cate 2 felii de prosciutto, bile de pepene galben si decoram cu chives si grisine.
Salata Capresse
- 300 grame mix de rosii / 300 grames mix tomatoes
- 2 bile mozzarella / 2 mozzarella pieces
- 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
- 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 linguri sos pesto / 5 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 1/2 bagheta / 1/2 baguette
Alegem un mix de rosii colorate pe care le taiem in doua. Le punem intr-un bol, adaugam sare, ulei de masline si usturoi strivit si amestecam. Le rasturnam pe un platou, adaugam bilele de mozzarella si feliile de bagheta prajita. Adaugam sosul pesto peste feliile de paine prajita si salata.
Burrata cu smochine
- 1 bucata burrata / 1 burrata
- 2 smochine / 2 figs
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lingura otet balsamic / 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Cimbru proaspat / Fresh thyme
Asezam burrata intr-un bol. Taiem smochinele in sferturi si le aranjam langa branza. Inainte de servire turnam peste branza amestecul de ulei de masline si otet balsamic si decoram cu crengute de cimbru.
Salata cu carpaccio de caracatita
- 150 grame carpaccio de caracatita / 150 grams of octopus carpaccio
- 1 ceapa alba / 1 white onion
- 50 grame masline verzi felii / 50 grams green olives slices
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 linguri suc de lamaie / 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Sare / Salt
Taiem ceapa in sferturi apoi o feliem subtire. Adaugam sarea si sucul de lamaie si amestecam bine. Apoi adaugam caracatita, feliile de masline si uleiul. Amestecam si lasam la frigider pana in momentul servirii.
Masline marinate
- 250 grame mix de masline / 250 grams olives mix
- 1/4 ardei rosu / 1/4 red pepper
- 5 linguri ulei de masline / 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lingurite oregano / 2 teaspoons oregano
- 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
Pentru mixul de masline alegem sortimentele care ne plac. Eu am ales kalamata si masline verzi. Peste amestecul de masline adaugam ardeiul taiat felii, uleiul, oregano si cateii de usturoi zdrobiti. Amestecam bine si lasam 2-3 ore la marinat.

After the magic of Christmas celebrated with traditional menus, I invite you to try a festive Antipasti to celebrate the new year.
Crostini with goat cheese and baked pears, prosciutto & melon fantasia, capresse salad, burrata with figs, octopus carpaccio salad and marinated olives will surely please all guests.

Fancy Prosciutto & Melone
In a bowl, mix the ricotta with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and salt. Divide the mixture into 4 glasses, add in each glass a little olive oil, 2 slices of prosciutto, melon balls and decorate with chives and grissini.
Capresse Salad
Choose a mix of colored tomatoes and cut in half. Put them in a bowl, add salt, olive oil and crushed garlic and mix. Turn them over on a plate, add the mozzarella balls and the slices of fried baguette. Add the pesto sauce to the slices of toast and salad.
Burrata & Figs
Put the burrata in a bowl. Cut the figs into quarters and arrange them next to the cheese. Before serving, pour the mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the cheese and decorate with thyme sprigs.
Octopus carpaccio salad
Cut the onion into quarters and then slice it thinly. Add salt and lemon juice and mix well. Then add the octopus, olive slices and oil. Stir and leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
Marinated olives
For the olive mix choose the assortments that you like. I chose kalamata and greens. Add the oil, oregano and crushed garlic cloves to the olive mixture. Mix well and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
