Supa de coada de vita cu taietei este o supa ideala pentru aceasta perioada a anului. Desi nu este foarte deosebita fata de supa cu carne de vita, aceasta supa merita neaparat a fi incercata. Punem in valoare, in acest fel coada de vita. Este extrem de ieftina, deosebit de gustoasa, iar pentru o supa ca la mama acasa o servim fierbinte cu taietei de casa.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

- 1 kg coada de vita / 1 kg oxtail
- 4 morcovi / 4 carrots
- 1 ceapa / 1 onion
- 1 radacina patrunjel / 1 parsley root
- 1 radacina pastarnac / 1 parsnip root
- 1/2 telina mica / 1/2 small celery
- 1 ardei / 1 pepper
- 1 dovlecel / 1 zucchini
- 2 lingurite sare / 2 teaspoon salt
- 250 grame taietei de casa / 250 grams homemade noodles
- patrunjel verde tocat / green parsley

Pentru un gust desavarsit vom coace bucatile de carne. Taiem coada de vita in bucati de 2-3 cm si le asezam intr-o tava. Introducem tava in cuptorul incins la 200 grade Celsius pentru 45 de minute. Se rastoarna apoi carnea cu sosul din tava in oala in care fierbem supa. Eu am ales sa folosesc Tefal One Pot. Adaugam 3,5 litri apa fierbinte, 2 lingurite de sare si alegem functia High Pressure pentru 40 de minute. Depresurizam si verificam carnea. Daca nu este fiarta mai pornim inca o data functia HP pentru 40 de minute. Depresurizam din nou si adaugam legumele. Alegem functia Soup pentru 20 de minute, depresurizam si strecuram supa. In cazul in care nu detineti un TOP, fierbeti carnea la foc mic pentru 2-3 ore si apoi adaugati legumele.

Fierbem taieteii separat, ii strecuram si ii adaugam in supa. Servim supa cu taietei, morcovi, carne si presaram patrunjel verde tocat marunt.

Daca v-a placut reteta de supa de coada de vita cu taietei, va invit da incercati si o ciorba de pui cu taietei de casa, o ciorba taraneasca de vacuta sau o supa gulas.
Oxtail noodles soup

It is extremely cheap, very tasty, and for the soup like in our childhood, we serve it hot with handmade noodles.
For a perfect taste bake the pieces of meat. Cut the oxtail into 2-3 cm pieces and place them in a tray. put the tray in the oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Then pour the meat with the sauce from the pan into the pot in which you boil the soup. I chose to use Tefal One Pot. Add 3.5 liters of hot water, 2 teaspoons of salt and set the High Pressure function for 40 minutes. Depressurize and check the meat. If it is not cooked, turn on the HP function again for 40 minutes. Depressurize again and add the vegetables. Choose the Soup function for 20 minutes, depressurize and strain the soup. If you do not have a TOP, simmer the meat for 2-3 hours and then add the vegetables.
Boil the noodles separately, strain them and add them to the soup. Serve the soup with noodles, carrots, meat and sprinkle with finely chopped green parsley.
