  • 2 rulouri de branza
  • 2 – 4 oua
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 para
  • 100 grame prosciutto crudo
  • 100 grame muschi file
  • 100 grame coppa
  • 100 grame mix de masline
  • 50 grame caju
  • 50 grame castravete

Pentru acest platou eu am ales rulouri cu branza cu iz caraibian cu chilli si cu ananas si migdale, insa puteti sa alegeti orice combinatie: branza de capra simpla sau verdeturi, feta cu masline sau orice va este pe plac.

Fierbem ouale timp de 7 minute pentru a obtine oua gatite mediu, sau cum le spuneam in copilarie, „cleioase”.

Taiem avocado, para si castravetii in felii.

Aranjam pe un platou mezelurile, branzeturile, ouale fierte, legumele, fructele si nucile caju.

Servim platoul de mic dejun alaturi de paine proaspata sau prajita si nu uitam de cafeaua calda.

Breakfast Platter

A breakfast or brunch becomes perfect with a delicious Breakfast Platter. Versatile and adaptable, this plate is the ideal choice for a table in the company of several guests. Add some fresh coffee and let your guests enjoy a truly pleasant morning experience.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 – 4 servings)

  • 2 cheese rolls
  • 2 – 4 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 pear
  • 100 grams prosciutto crudo
  • 100 grams smoked tenderloin
  • 100 grams coppa
  • 100 grams olive mix
  • 50 grams cashews
  • 50 grams cucumber

For this platter I chose cheese rolls with Caribbean flavour cheese with chilli, pineapple and almonds, but you can choose any combination: plain goat cheese or greens goat cheese, feta with olives or whatever you like.

Boil eggs for 7 minutes to get medium cooked eggs. Cut the avocado, pear and cucumber into slices.

Arrange the smoked meat, cheeses, boiled eggs, vegetables, fruits and cashew nuts on a plate.

Serve the breakfast plate with fresh or toasted bread and don’t forget the hot coffee.
