Aceasta reteta de Caprese Snack este inspirata din clasica salata Caprese. Rosii coapte, mozzarella proaspata si un irezistibil sos cremos de busuioc. Pentru o diversitate a aromelor, putem adauga cateva felii de prosciutto crudo. Alegeti cea mai buna si proaspata bagheta si bucurati-va maxim de gustul Italiei intr-un singur sandwich!

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 1 bagheta / 1 baguette
  • 200 grame mozzarella proaspata / 200 grams fresh mozzarella
  • 4 linguri sos pesto / 4 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 rosii mari / 2 big tomatoes
  • 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoons olive oil

Taiem bagheta pe jumatate si apoi inca o data pe jumatate pe lungime. Taiem rosiile si mozzarella felii.

Incingem bine o tigaie si adaugam 2 linguri de ulei de masline. Punem jumatate de bagheta in tigaie cu miezul in jos si o prajim la foc mediu timp de 3 – 4 minute pana cand este frumos rumenita. O intoarcem pe cealalta parte si mai prajim timp de 2 minute. Scoatem painea pe o farfurie si adaugam in tigaie restul de ulei de masline, urmand aceeasi pasi cu bagheta ramasa.

Ungem fiecare bucata de bagheta cu cate o lingura de sos pesto, asezam un strat de felii de rosii, presaram sare, felii de mozzarella, rosii.

Acoperim sandwich-ul cu jumatatea de bagheta si servim cu multa pofta.

Caprese Snack

This Caprese Snack recipe is inspired by the classic Caprese salad. Ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and the most irresistible creamy basil sauce. For a diversity of flavors, we can add a few slices of prosciutto crudo. Choose the best and freshest baguette and fully enjoy the taste of Italy in one sandwich!

Cut the baguette in half and then again in half lengthwise. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.

Heat a pan well and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Put half a baguette in the pan and fry it on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until it is nicely browned. Turn it on the other side and fry for another 2 minutes. Remove the bread on a plate and add the remaining olive oil to the pan, following the same steps with the remaining baguette.

Grease each piece of baguette with a spoonful of pesto sauce, place a layer of tomato slices, sprinkle with salt, mozzarella slices, tomatoes and salt.

Cover the sandwich with half of the baguette and serve with great appetite.
