Chicken Caprese este un pui cu mozzarella super simpla, gatit in sos de rosii. Desi foloseste o singura tigaie, aromele complexe si gratinul satisfacator de branza au gust de parca ar proveni dintr-o bucatarie italiana autentica. Rosiile proaspete, spanacul, mozzarella bogata si ierburile aromatice fac o masa cu adevarat speciala. Pieptul de pui versatil este gatit la perfectiune, stratificat intr-un sos de ceapa proaspata, usturoi si rosii fierte usor in unt si acoperit cu mozzarella! Bellissimo!
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 4 felii de piept de pui / 4 slices ckicken breast
- 1 lingurita oregano / 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 lingurita busuioc / 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 lingurita pudra de ceapa / 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 lingurita pudra de usturoi / 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lingurita paprika / 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 lingurita piper neagru / 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ceapa mica / 1 small onion
- 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
- 250 grame rosii cherry / 250 grams cherry tomatoes
- 250 grame pasta de rosii / 250 grams tomatoe sauce
- 1/2 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 100 grame baby spanac / 100 grams baby spinach
- 100 grame mozzarella / 100 grame mozzarella
- 50 grame unt / 50 grams butter
- 1 lingurita ulei de masline / 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 50 ml apa / 50 ml water
Condimentam fiecare felie de piept de pui cu oregano, busuioc, sare, pudra de ceapa si de usturoi, piper si paprika. Lasam la marinat la frigider timp de 1 – 2 ore.
Ungem o tigaie cu o lingurita de ulei de masline si o incalzim. Adaugam untul si cand acesta este topit prajim feliile de pui cate 3 minute pe fiecare parte. Le scoatem apoi pe o farfurie si pastram la loc cald pana cand pregatim sosul.
In tigaia in care am prajit puiul punem ceapa taiata marunt, usturoiul zdrobit si 50 ml de apa. Inabusim la foc mic spre mediu timp de 3 minute, apoi adaugam rosiile cherry taiate in jumatate, pasta de tomate, putin oregano, busuioc si fulgi de chilli.
Continuam sa gatim timp de 10 minute apoi adaugam spanacul. Amestecam si adaugam in acest sos feliile de pui. Presaram puiul cu mozzarella rasa si introducem tigaia in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius, functia grill, timp de 10 minute pana cand este gratinat.
Servim puiul cu piure de telina si salata de ardei copti si alaturi de un pahar de Sonet rose de la Crama Stramutata, un cupaj de o culoare intensa de cirese roz, balantat intre Syrahul cu un buchet bogat in arome de piper si fructe si Feteasca Neagra care evidentiaza arome de fructe de padure, visine, prune uscate, stafide negre, usor condimentat, cu adieri de violete, scortisoara, piper negru boabe, ienibahar sau vanilie. Intens, floral, condimentat, cu un final prelungit, Sonetul 2022 este un vin ce poate consuma tot timpul anului, temperatura recomandata de servire fiind de 10-12 grade Celsius.

Chicken Caprese
Chicken Caprese is a super simple chicken with mozzarella cooked in tomato sauce. Although it uses only one pan, the complex flavors and satisfying cheese gratin taste like they came from an authentic Italian kitchen. Fresh tomatoes, spinach, rich mozzarella and aromatic herbs make a truly special meal. The versatile chicken breast is cooked to perfection, layered in a sauce of fresh onions, garlic and tomatoes lightly cooked in butter and topped with mozzarella! Bellissimo!
Season each slice of chicken breast with oregano, basil, salt, onion and garlic powder, pepper and paprika. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Grease a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil and heat it. Add the butter and when it is melted, fry the chicken slices for 3 minutes on each side. Then take them out on a plate and keep them in a warm place until we prepare the sauce.
In the same pan put finely chopped onion, crushed garlic and 50 ml of water. Simmer on low to medium heat for 3 minutes, then add cherry tomatoes cut in half, tomato paste, a little oregano, basil and chili flakes.
Continue to cook for 10 minutes, then add the spinach. Mix and add the chicken slices to this sauce. Sprinkle the chicken with grated mozzarella and put the pan in the oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius, grill function, for 10 minutes until it is gratin.
Serve the chicken with celery puree and baked pepper salad and alongside a glass of Sonet rose from Crama Stramutata, a blend with an intense color of pink cherries, balanced between Syrah with a rich bouquet of pepper and fruit aromas and Black Feteasca which highlights aromas of berries, cherries, prunes, black raisins, slightly spicy, with hints of violets, cinnamon, black peppercorns, allspice or vanilla. Intense, floral, spicy, with a prolonged finish, Sonnet 2022 is a wine that can be consumed all year round, the recommended serving temperature being 10-12 degrees Celsius.
