Caras la cuptor este o alternativa sanatoasa a pestelui prajit in ulei. O varianta lejera care pune in valoare gustul dulceag al acestui peste. Servim, bineinteles, alaturi de o mamaliga calda si un mujdei de usturoi.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 2 carasi / 2 crucian carps
- 2 linguri malai / 2 tablespoons corn flour
- Sare / Salt
- 4 linguri ulei / 4 tablespoons oil
- Patrunjel verde / Parsley
- 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
Curatam pestele, il spalam si il uscam foarte bine cu ajutorul unor servetele absorbante. Presaram cu sare mare atat in interior cat si in exterior. Lasam pestele la temperatura camerei o ora, apoi il trecem prin malai si il asezam pe o tava cu gratar. Stropim cu putin ulei si il introducem in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius pentru 30 – 40 de minute pana cand este frumos rumenit.
Presaram patrunjel verde si usturoi taiat marunt si servim cu mujdei si mamaliga calda.
Daca v-a placut reteta de caras la cuptor, puteti incerca si un trio peste cu saramura, un pastrav la cuptor cu mamaliga sau o portie de inele de crap cu usturoi.

Baked crucian carp
Baked crucian carp is a healthy alternative to oil-fried fish. A light version that emphasizes the sweet taste of this fish. Serve, of course, with a hot polenta and a garlic sauce.
Clean the fish, wash it and dry it very well with the help of absorbent napkins. Sprinkle with salt both inside and out. Leave the fish at room temperature for an hour, then pass it through the corn and place it on a grill pan. Sprinkle with a small quantity of oil and put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes until it is nicely browned.
Sprinkle with parsley and garlic and serve with a garlic sauce and hot polenta.
