INGREDIENTE (pentru 6 portii)
Pentru taquitos:
- 400 grame friptura din coaste de porc
- 6 tortillas
- 2 linguri crema de branza cu smantana Almette
- 50 grame cascaval afumat
- 2 linguri smantana
- 2 linguri sos salsa
- 1 lingurita chipotle
- 1 lingura tabasco
- 1 lingura ulei de masline
Pentru sosul de avocado:
- 3 fire de patrunjel
- 1 catel de usturoi
- 1 avocado
- 1 lingura smantana
- 1 lingura ulei de masline
- 2 linguri suc de lamaie
- 1/4 lingurita boia iute
- Sare

Aceasta reteta se incadreaza in categoria preparatelor ingenioase, menite sa valorifice resturile unei fripturi festive, reducand astfel risipa alimentara.

This recipe is part of the “creative cooking” category, designed to make the most of leftover festive roasts while reducing food waste. This time, we turned the leftovers from some perfectly cooked, juicy pork ribs—vacuum-sealed and stored in the freezer—into a mouthwatering Cheese Pulled Pork Taquitos.
The process is incredibly simple. Start by shredding the meat from the ribs into small pieces. Add two tablespoons of cream cheese, grated smoked cheese, sour cream, salsa sauce, chipotle, and a few drops of Tabasco for an extra kick of flavor.
Divide the mixture evenly onto six tortillas, roll them up tightly, and place them on a baking tray. Brush them lightly with olive oil, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until they turn golden and crispy.
In the meantime, prepare the avocado sauce. Blend the parsley and garlic until finely chopped, then add the avocado, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and hot paprika. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve the taquitos sprinkled with fresh parsley, alongside sour cream and the flavorful avocado sauce for an extra burst of freshness and taste.
