INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 250 grame varza rosie
- 1 morcov
- 1/2 ceapa rosie
- 3 fire patrunjel
- 2 lingurite de miere de zmeura
- 2 linguri otet balsamic de zmeura
- 1 lingura ulei de masline
- 1 lingura de fistic
- Sare

Pentru aceasta salata, taiem varza in fasii subtiri, morcovul in bastonase fine si ceapa in felii delicate. Presaram putina sare si framantam usor varza pana cand devine usor frageda.

Pentru dressing, combinam intr-un borcan doua lingurite de miere de zmeura Blazon Breaza, de cea mai buna calitate, cu doua linguri de otet balsamic cu zmeura si o lingura de ulei de masline. Inchidem borcanul si agitam energic pana cand obtinem un sos omogen si catifelat.
Turnam dressingul parfumat peste salata, presaram patrunjel verde tocat marunt si amestecam delicat pentru a imbina aromele.

Pentru un plus de savoare si textura, adaugam fistic tocat fin si servim salata de varza alaturi de preparatul principal preferat.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pistachios
- Salt
For this salad, slice the cabbage into thin strips, cut the carrot into fine sticks, and the onion into delicate rings. Sprinkle with a little salt and gently massage the cabbage until it softens slightly.
