INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)

  • 50 grame seminte chia
  • 150 ml lapte
  • 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
  • 2 linguri indulcitor Green Sugar
  • 100 grame ricotta
  • 100 grame iaurt grecesc 2%
  • 150 grame zmeura
  • Sare

Intr-un bol incapator, adaugam semintele de chia, esenta de vanilie, laptele, un praf de sare si indulcitorul. Amestecam cu grija pentru a omogeniza ingredientele, apoi lasam compozitia la hidratare timp de 30 de minute, amestecand periodic pentru a preveni formarea de cocoloase.

Dupa acest interval, incorporam iaurtul grecesc si ricotta, mixand pana obtinem o textura fina si omogena. Transferam preparatul in frigider si il lasam la rece pentru 3-4 ore, astfel incat sa capete consistenta dorita.

La final, distribuim compozitia in doua pahare si o servim elegant, alaturi de zmeura proaspata, pentru un plus de prospetime si savoare.

  • 150 grams raspberries
  • A pinch of salt

In a large bowl, add the chia seeds, vanilla extract, milk, a pinch of salt, and sweetener. Mix carefully to combine the ingredients, then let the mixture hydrate for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent lumps from forming.

After this time, incorporate the Greek yogurt and ricotta, mixing until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture. Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and let it chill for 3-4 hours until it reaches the desired consistency.

Finally, divide the mixture into two glasses and serve elegantly with fresh raspberries for an extra touch of freshness and flavor.
