Imaginati-va cartofi aurii si crocanti la exterior, dar incredibil de cremosi in interior, insotiti de un steak de vita gatit perfect, suculent si plin de gust. INGREDIENTE (pentru 3 portii)

  • 3 cartofi mari
  • 600 grame rump maturat de vita
  • 60 grame unt
  • 100 grame cascaval
  • Fulgi de ceapa prajita
  • Ceapa verde
  • Sare
Cartofi copti cu steak de vita

Spalam cu atentie cartofii, utilizand un burete pentru a indeparta orice urma de praf. Asezam cartofii pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si ii coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C, timp de 45 de minute, intorcandu-i pe fiecare parte.

Intre timp, pregatim carnea de vita. Am ales un rump maturat de vita de la Butcher Cuisine. Scoatem carnea din frigider, o tamponam cu servetele absorbante, o presaram cu sare mare si o lasam sa ajunga la temperatura camerei, pana cand cartofii sunt gata.

Incalzim bine o tigaie de tip grill, apoi tamponam din nou carnea cu servetele absorbante si o asezam in tigaie. O prajim cate 3 minute pe fiecare parte, pana cand temperatura interna ajunge la 60°C, pentru a obtine o friptura de vita gatita medium. Dupa ce o scoatem din tigaie, o asezam pe un platou, o acoperim cu folie de aluminiu si o lasam sa se odihneasca timp de 10 minute, inainte de a o felia.

Cand cartofii sunt gata, ii scoatem din cuptor si ii taiem usor pe jumatate. In fiecare cartof punem un cub de unt, sare si cascaval ras, iar apoi zdrobim usor cartoful cu ajutorul unei furculite, avand grija sa nu rupem coaja.

Pe fiecare portie asezam cate o felie de friptura de vita, presaram fulgi de ceapa prajita si inele de ceapa verde, iar apoi servim cu multa pofta.

Baked Potatoes with Steak

INGREDIENTS (for 3 servings)

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 600 grams of matured rump beef
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of cheese
  • Fried onion flakes
  • Green onions
  • Salt

We carefully wash the potatoes using a sponge to remove any traces of dirt. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them in the preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes, turning them over on each side.

Meanwhile, we prepare the beef. I chose a matured rump beef from Butcher Cuisine. Remove the beef from the fridge, pat it dry with absorbent paper towels, season with large salt, and let it come to room temperature until the potatoes are ready.

Heat a grill pan well, then pat the meat dry again with paper towels and place it in the pan. Cook it for 3 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 60°C for a medium steak. After removing it from the pan, place the steak on a platter, cover it with aluminum foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and cut them gently in half. Place a cube of butter, salt, and grated cheese in each potato, then mash the potato lightly with a fork, being careful not to break the skin.

On each serving, place a slice of beef steak, sprinkle with fried onion flakes and green onion rings, and serve with great enjoyment.
