Chifle Parker – pufoase, fine si perfecte pentru orice masa! Exista retete care nu impresioneaza prin complexitate, ci prin textura si simplitate perfecta. Chiflele Parker sunt exact acel tip de preparat care aduce confort si eleganta in acelasi timp. Au miez aerat, coaja subtire si delicata, iar gustul lor usor dulceag le face potrivite atat pentru preparate sarate, cat si pentru combinatii dulci. Mirosul de aluat dospit si copt lent transforma bucataria intr-un spatiu cald si primitor. Sunt chifle clasice, dar cu un farmec aparte – ideale pentru burgeri, sandvisuri consistente, pentru a insoti supe si tocanite sau pur si simplu unse cu unt cat sunt inca fierbinti. Noi le-am servit alaturi de Pitusti artizanale si combinatia a fost exact ce trebuie.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 8 chifle)


• 225 g lapte integral
• 60 g unt nesarat, cuburi
• 20 g zahar
• 1 lingurita drojdie uscata
• 425 g faina (plus pentru presarat)
• 2 oua mari
• 1/2 lingurita sare

Chifle Parker

Incepem prin a incalzi usor laptele impreuna cu untul, doar pana cand untul se topeste si amestecul devine caldut, nu fierbinte. Adaugam zaharul si drojdia si lasam cateva minute pentru activare. Este etapa care asigura textura pufoasa si cresterea frumoasa a aluatului.

Incorporam faina, ouale si sarea si framantam pana obtinem un aluat neted, elastic si usor nelipicios. Il modelam sub forma unei mingi si il asezam intr-un bol uns usor cu unt. Acoperim si lasam la dospit aproximativ o ora, pana cand isi dubleaza volumul.

Impartim aluatul in 8 bucati egale si modelam chifle rotunde, uniforme. Le asezam in tava, la mica distanta intre ele, si le mai lasam 30 de minute la odihna.

Coacem la 180°C timp de 25–30 de minute, pana cand devin frumos aurii. Imediat dupa ce le scoatem din cuptor, le pensulam usor cu apa pentru a pastra coaja fina si moale. Le lasam sa se raceasca usor, desi tentatia de a rupe una fierbinte este aproape imposibil de ignorat.

Parker Rolls

Parker Rolls – soft, delicate and perfect for any meal! There are recipes that don’t impress through complexity, but through perfect texture and simplicity. Parker Rolls are exactly that kind of preparation, bringing comfort and elegance at the same time. They have an airy crumb, a thin and delicate crust, and a slightly sweet taste that makes them suitable for both savory dishes and sweet pairings. The smell of slowly rising and baking dough transforms the kitchen into a warm and welcoming space. These are classic rolls, yet with a special charm – ideal for burgers, hearty sandwiches, to accompany soups and stews, or simply spread with butter while still warm. We served them alongside artisanal Pitusti, and the combination was just perfect.

INGREDIENTS (for 8 rolls)
• 225 g whole milk
• 60 g unsalted butter, cubed
• 20 g sugar
• 1 teaspoon dry yeast
• 425 g flour (plus extra for dusting)
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

We begin by gently heating the milk together with the butter, just until the butter melts and the mixture becomes warm, not hot. Add the sugar and yeast and let it rest for a few minutes to activate. This is the step that ensures the fluffy texture and beautiful rise of the dough.

Incorporate the flour, eggs and salt and knead until you obtain a smooth, elastic and slightly non-sticky dough. Shape it into a ball and place it in a lightly buttered bowl. Cover and let it rise for about one hour, until it doubles in volume.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape them into round, even rolls. Place them on a baking tray, leaving a little space between them, and let them rest for another 30 minutes.

Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes, until beautifully golden. Immediately after removing them from the oven, brush them lightly with water to keep the crust soft and fine. Let them cool slightly, although the temptation to tear one open while still warm is almost impossible to resist.
