INGREDIENTE (pentru 6 portii)
• 50 grame unt
• 600 ml lapte
• 250 grame faina
• 4 oua
• sare, dupa gust
• 125 grame pastrami de pui
• 150 grame mozzarella
• 4 cepe verzi

Incepem prin a topi untul, pe care il lasam sa se tempereze usor. Intr-un bol mare adaugam laptele, faina, ouale si un praf de sare, apoi incorporam untul topit. Mixam bine pana obtinem un aluat omogen, cu consistenta asemanatoare unei smantani mai groase – trebuie sa curga usor, dar sa fie suficient de legat.

Adaugam in aluat pastrami de pui dat pe razatoare sau tocat fin, mozzarella rasa si ceapa verde tocata marunt. Amestecam bine astfel incat ingredientele sa fie distribuite uniform.

Incingem o tigaie antiaderenta si o ungem cu foarte putin ulei de masline, apoi stergem excesul cu un servet. Turnam cate un polonic din compozitie si intindem usor, daca este nevoie. Prajim clatitele la foc mic, pe ambele parti, pana devin usor rumenite si bine gatite la interior.

Le rulam cat sunt inca calde si le servim imediat. Merg perfect cu smantana pentru un plus de cremozitate sau cu ketchup, daca preferi o nota usor dulce-acrisoara.

• 50 grams butter

Start by melting the butter and letting it cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine the milk, flour, eggs and a pinch of salt, then add the melted butter. Mix well until you obtain a smooth batter with a consistency similar to thick sour cream – it should flow easily but remain slightly thick.

Add the grated or finely chopped chicken pastrami, grated mozzarella and finely chopped green onion to the batter. Mix well so that all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with a small amount of olive oil, then wipe off the excess with a paper towel. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread gently if needed. Cook the pancakes over low heat on both sides until lightly golden and fully cooked through.
