Daca esti iubitor al bucatariei italiene, cu siguranta ai gustat cel putin o data o bucata din focaccia, acea paine plata, aromata si aerata, acoperita cu ulei de masline si ierburi aromatice. Dar cum ar fi sa transformam aceasta traditionala delicatesa intr-o varianta practica si perfecta pentru gustari rapide sau picnicuri? Focaccia Muffins sunt raspunsul! Aceste mini-paini pastreaza toata savoarea focacciei clasice, dar intr-un format portabil si usor de savurat. Focaccia Muffins combina textura pufoasa si aerata a aluatului de focaccia cu aromele intense de rozmarin, sare de mare si ulei de masline. In plus, sunt extrem de versatile – poti adauga masline, rosii uscate, ceapa caramelizata sau branzeturi, transformandu-le intr-o gustare deosebita sau chiar intr-un aperitiv impresionant pentru o cina cu prietenii. Pe langa gustul desavarsit, aceste muffins sunt si usor de pregatit. In loc sa intinzi aluatul pe o tava mare, pur si simplu il portionezi in forme de briose, iar rezultatul este o explozie de arome intr-o forma eleganta. Sunt perfecte pentru pachetul de pranz, gustari rapide sau pentru a-ti impresiona invitatii cu ceva inedit si delicios.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 12 portii)
- 350 grame faina
- 250 ml apa calduta
- 10 grame drojdie
- 7 grame sare
- 10 ml ulei de masline
- Sare Maldon
- Rozmarin

Pentru a pregati aluatul, amestecam intr-un bol faina cu apa calduta, drojdia, sarea si uleiul de masline. Framantam bine pana obtinem un aluat omogen si neted. Apoi, ungem un bol cu putin ulei de masline si transferam aluatul in el. Il impaturim de doua ori, pliem in patru, si il lasam la dospit intr-un loc cald timp de aproximativ o ora.

Dupa ce aluatul a crescut, il rasturnam pe un blat usor presarat cu faina si il impartim in 12 bucati egale. Modelam fiecare bucata sub forma de bile si le asezam in tava de briose. Acoperim tava cu un prosop curat si lasam aluatul sa mai dospeasca pentru inca 30 de minute.
Pentru un plus de aroma, presam usor fiecare bucatica de aluat cu degetele pentru a forma mici adancituri. Stropim cu ulei de masline, presaram sare Maldon si rozmarin proaspat. Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C timp de 20 de minute, pana cand focaccia muffins sunt frumos rumenite.

Aceste focaccia muffins se potrivesc de minune cu un platou Wine Glass Charcuterie si cu un pahar din elegantul vin rosu Cuvee Alexandru 2019 de la Crama Serve Ceptura. Vinul impresioneaza prin complexitatea sa aromatica, unde se remarca note de fructe negre – mure, coacaze – alaturi de ciocolata neagra, toate sustinute de o structura puternica. Foccacia Muffins
If you are a lover of Italian cuisine, you have surely tasted at least once a piece of focaccia, that flat, aromatic and airy bread, covered with olive oil and aromatic herbs. But how about transforming this traditional delicacy into a practical and perfect option for quick snacks or picnics? Focaccia Muffins are the answer! These mini-breads keep all the flavor of the classic focaccia, but in a portable and easy-to-eat format. Focaccia Muffins combine the fluffy and airy texture of focaccia dough with the intense flavors of rosemary, sea salt and olive oil. In addition, they are extremely versatile – you can add olives, dried tomatoes, caramelized onions or cheeses, turning them into a special snack or even an impressive appetizer for a dinner with friends. In addition to the perfect taste, these muffins are also easy to prepare. Instead of spreading the dough on a large tray, you simply portion it into muffin shapes, and the result is an explosion of flavors in an elegant form. They are perfect for packed lunches, quick snacks or to impress your guests with something unique and delicious.
INGREDIENTS (for 12 servings)
- 350 grams flour
- 250 ml warm water
- 10 grams yeast
- 7 grams salt
- 10 ml olive oil
- Maldon salt
- Rosemary
To prepare the dough, mix flour with warm water, yeast, salt and olive oil in a bowl. Knead well until we get a homogeneous and smooth dough. Then, grease a bowl with a little olive oil and transfer the dough into it. We fold it twice, fold it in four, and leave it to rise in a warm place for about an hour.
After the dough has risen, turn it onto a lightly floured surface and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into balls and place them in the muffin tray. Cover the pan with a clean towel and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
For added flavor, gently press each piece of dough with your fingers to form small indentations. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Maldon salt and fresh rosemary. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, until the focaccia muffins are nicely browned.
