Poate una dintre cele mai bune ciorbe este ciorba de pui a la grec. Pui proaspat si legume desavarsite cu smantana, lamaie si aroma fina de marar pentru o masa de pranz absolut delicioasa si lejera.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 6 portii / for 6 servings)

  • 650 grame piept de pui / 650 grams chicken breast
  • 5 morcovi medii / 5 medium carrots
  • 1 patrunjel / 1 parsley root
  • 2 cepe / 2 onions
  • 50 grame telina / 50 grams celery
  • 75 grame orez / 75 grams rice
  • 200 grame smantana / 200 grams sour cream
  • 1 lingura sare / 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 lamaie / 1 lemon
  • 1 legatura de marar / 1 bunch of dill
Ciorba de pui a la grec

Pentru prepararea acestei ciorbite delicioase, eu am folosit Tefal One Pot, insa, urmand aceiasi pasi se poate pregati in mod traditional.

Curatam legumele si le taiem in cubulete mici. Fierbem 3 litri de apa si ii punem in Tefal One Pot. Taiem pieptul de pui in cubulete si il punem in apa fiarta. Alegem programul “Soup” si fierbem carnea pentru 10 minute. Depresurizam oala si adaugam legumele, orezul si sarea. Alegem aceeasi functie pentru inca 10 minute.

Depresurizam oala si scoatem intr-un bol 2-3 polonice de supa pe care le lasam la racorit cateva minute, apoi le adaugam usor peste smantana amestecand constant. Rasturnam smantana in ciorba ramasa in oala, adaugam sucul de la o lamaie si mararul taiat marunt.

Daca v-a placut reteta de Ciorba de pui a la grec, va invit sa incercati o ciorba de pui cu taietei de casa, o ciorba de cartofi cu afumatura sau o supa de vita cu taietei.

Greek Chicken Soup

Perhaps one of the best soups is the Greek chicken soup. Fresh chicken, vegetables, cream, lemon and the fine aroma of dill for an absolutely delicious and light lunch.

For the preparation of this delicious soup, I used the Tefal One Pot, but following the same steps it can be prepared in the traditional way. Clean the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. Boil 3 liters of water and put them in the Tefal One Pot.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and put it in the boiled water. Choose the „Soup” program and boil the meat for 10 minutes. Depressurize the pot and add the vegetables, rice and salt. Choose the same function for another 10 minutes.

Depressurize the pot and take out 2-3 ladles of soup in a bowl, which leave to cool for a few minutes, then add them gently over the cream, mixing constantly. Pour the cream into the soup left in the pot, add the juice of one lemon and finely chopped dill.

Serve the Greek chicken soup with hot peppers and extra sour cream.
