Daca esti in cautarea unei retete sofisticate, dar simplu de preparat, rulada cu camembert este alegerea ideala. Cu o combinatie de texturi fine si arome rafinate, aceasta reteta transforma ingrediente obisnuite – oua, faina, lapte – intr-un preparat deosebit, perfect pentru mesele festive sau pentru momentele speciale alaturi de cei dragi. Camembertul cremos si parmezanul intens confera ruladei o savoare desavarsita, iar asortarea cu dulceata preferata si nuci pecan adauga un contrast delicios intre dulce si sarat.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 12 portii)
- 5 oua
- 5 linguri de faina
- 250 ml lapte
- Sare
- 250 grame camembert
- 50 grame parmezan ras
Intr-un bol, combinam cinci oua cu cinci linguri de faina, un praf de sare si o cana de lapte, amestecand cu grija pana obtinem o compozitie omogena, cu o consistenta specifica aluatului de clatite.
Pregatim o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, in care turnam uniform compozitia. Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C si coacem timp de 15 minute.
Dupa ce scoatem tava din cuptor, asezam pe suprafata foii felii subtiri de camembert, pe care le presaram generos cu parmezan ras. Reintroducem tava in cuptor pentru inca 3 minute, doar cat sa se topeasca branza.
Odata scoasa din cuptor, rulam foaia strans, formand o rulada, si o lasam sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei. Ulterior, o pastram la rece timp de 3-4 ore pentru a-si stabiliza forma.
Rulada se serveste taiata in felii subtiri, alaturi de dulceata preferata, completata cu caise si nuci pecan pentru o nota rafinata.

The creamy Camembert and intense Parmesan give the roll an exquisite flavor, while pairing it with your favorite jam and pecan nuts adds a delicious contrast between sweet and savory.
INGREDIENTS (for 12 servings)
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 250 ml milk
- Salt
- 250 grams Camembert
- 50 grams grated Parmesan
In a bowl, combine five eggs with five tablespoons of flour, a pinch of salt, and a cup of milk, mixing carefully until you obtain a smooth batter with the consistency of pancake batter.
Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pour the mixture evenly. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 15 minutes.
Once you remove the tray from the oven, arrange thin slices of Camembert on the surface of the sheet, generously sprinkling with grated Parmesan. Return the tray to the oven for another 3 minutes, just enough to melt the cheese.
After removing it from the oven, roll the sheet tightly to form a roll, and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate it for 3-4 hours to stabilize its shape.
The roll is served sliced thinly, accompanied by your favorite jam, complemented with apricots and pecan nuts for an elegant touch.
