  • 600 grame piept de pui / 600 grams chicken breast
  • 1 ardei verde / 1 green pepper
  • 1 ardei rosu / 1 red pepper
  • 3 cepe rosii / 3 red onions
  • 4 lingurite condiment mexican / 4 teaspoons mexican spices
  • 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado / 1 avocado
  • 2 cepe verzi / 2 green onions
  • 2 linguri patrunjel / 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 3 linguri suc de lime / 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • Sare / Salt

Fajitas de pui

Pentru fajitas, taiem pieptul de pui in fasii si il presaram cu sare si 2 lingurite de condiment mexican. Il lasam la temperatura camerei timp de o ora. Intre timp pregatim si legumele. Taiem ardeii si 2 cepe felii si presaram 2 lingurite de condiment. Recomandarea mea este sa incercati un condiment mexican facut in casa, a carui reteta o gasiti aici.

Incingem 2 linguri ulei de masline si prajim pieptul de pui. Scoatem puiul si adaugam feliile de ardei si ceapa. Prajim usor cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte, apoi le scoatem intr-un bol, separat de pui.

Intre timp pregatim guacamole. Intr-un bol punem o ceapa rosie taiata marunt, ceapa verde, patrunjelul, avocado, 2 linguri ulei de masline, sucul de lime si sarea. Strivim si amestecam cu ajutorul unei furculite.

Servim fajitas cu smantana, cascaval ras, rosii, lime, crema de avocado, sosul salsa si lipii.

Mexican Chicken Fajitas

Chicken fajitas with a tasty guacamole is a great idea for a family lunch or dinner. For the fajitas, cut the chicken breast into strips and sprinkle with salt and 2 teaspoons of Mexican spice. Leave it at room temperature for an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Cut the peppers and 2 sliced onions and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of spice. My recommendation is to try a homemade Mexican spice, whose recipe can be found here.

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and fry the chicken breast. Remove the chicken and add the pepper and onion slices. Fry lightly for 2 minutes on each side, then take them out in a separate bowl.

Meanwhile, prepare guacamole. In a bowl put a finely chopped red onion, green onion, parsley, avocado, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lime juice and salt. Crush and mix with a fork and mix.

Serve fajitas with sour cream, grated cheese, tomatoes, lime, avocado cream, salsa sauce and pita bread.
