Daca nu ati incercat pana acum sa gatiti Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo, acum este cel mai potrivit moment sa o faceti! Sosul cremos Alfredo cu paste si pui suculent reprezinta o alternativa excelenta pentru o cina gustoasa si rapida care devine rapid preferata copiilor.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 350 grame fettuccine / 350 grams fettuccine
  • 400 grame piept de pui / 400 grams chicken brest
  • 75 grame unt / 75 grams butter
  • 5 catei de usturoi / 5 garlic cloves
  • 300 ml smantana dulce / 300 ml double cream
  • 75 grame parmezan ras / 75 grams gratted parmesan
  • Sare / Salt
  • Piper / Pepper
  • Patrunjel verde / Parsley

Fierbem pastele conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj in apa cu sare. Pastram 50 ml de apa in care au fiert pastele.

Taiem pieptul de pui in felii si le presaram cu sare si piper. Incingem o tigaie si prajim rapid pieptul de pui pe ambele parti. Scoatem pieptul de pui intr-o farfurie si adaugam in tigaie untul. Lasam sa se topeasca si apoi adaugam usturoiul taiat marunt. Calim usor timp de 1 minut si adaugam smantana, sarea si piperul. Lasam sa fiarba timp de 3-4 minute, apoi adaugam parmezanul, pastele si apa in care au fiert pastele si puiul taiat in bucati mai mici.

Mai lasam pe foc timp de 3 minute, amestecand frecvent si servim pastele presarate cu parmezan si patrunjel verde.

Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo

If you haven’t tried Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo before, now is the time to do it! Creamy Alfredo sauce with pasta and juicy chicken is an excellent alternative for a tasty and quick dinner that is becoming children’s favorite pasta.

Cut the chicken breast into slices and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan and quickly fry the chicken breast on both sides. Remove the chicken breast from a plate and add the butter to the pan. Let it melt and then add the finely chopped garlic. Heat lightly for 1 minute and add double cream, salt and pepper. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes, then add the parmesan, pasta and water in which they cooked the pasta and the chicken cut into smaller pieces.

Leave it to cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently and serve the pasta sprinkled with parmesan and green parsley.
