Brunch + Weekend + Grilled cheese & fruit sandwich = formula unei dimineti inspirate. Painea crocanta, branza delicioasa si aromele fructate fac casa buna impreuna si ne ofera un inceput de zi plin de savoare.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 4 felii de paine integrala / 4 wholemeal toast
- 50 grame branza cu trufe / 50 grams truffle cheese
- 100 grame branza halloumi / 100 grams halloumi cheese
- 1 avocado / 1 avocado
- 50 grame afine / 50 grams blueberries
- 100 grame capsune / 100 grams strawberries
- 1 lingura zahar brun / 1 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 lingurite coaja de lamaie / 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 lingurite miere / 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 lingurita otet balsamic / 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/4 lingurita cimbru / 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- Sucul de la 1/4 lamaie / Juice from 1/4 lemon
- 40 grame unt / 40 grams butter
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
Ungem feliile de paine cu unt si le punem la prajit fie la grill, fie in cuptor pana cand sunt frumos rumenite. Scoatem doua felii pe o farfurie, iar pe celalalte doua felii aranjam branza cu trufe si introducem din nou la grill, pana cand branza este topita.
Intr-o tigaie punem jumatate din cantitatea de capsune si afine, zaharul, o lingurita de coaja de lamaie si punem pe foc timp de 5 minute amestecand constant. La sfarsit adaugam restul de fructe, amestecam si stingem focul. Asezam sosul de fructe pe feliile de paine rumenite cu branza cu trufe.
Intr-un bol amestecam mierea cu otetul balsamic, fulgii de chilli, cimbrul si o lingurita de coaja de lamaie. Taiem branza halloumi in felii, o trecem prin amestecul de miere si o prajim intr-o tigaie in care am incins uleiul de masline.
Pe feliile de paine prajita, asezam avocado taiat felii, halloumi rumenit in sos de miere si stropim cu mult suc de lamaie.
Servim pe fiecare platou cate o felie de paine cu branza cu trufe rumenita si sos de fructe de padure si o felie de avocado si halloumi dulce – picant.

Grilled cheese & fruit sandwich
Brunch + Weekend + Grilled cheese & fruit sandwich = the formula of an inspired morning. Crispy bread, delicious cheese and fruity flavors make a perfect combination and give us a tasty start to the day.
Grease the slices of bread with butter and fry them either on the grill or in the oven until they are nicely browned. Take out two slices on a plate, and on the other two slices arrange the cheese with truffles and put it back in the grill, until the cheese is melted.
In a pan put half of the quantity of strawberries and blueberries, and put on the fire for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. At the end, add the rest of the fruit, stir and turn off the heat. Place the fruit sauce on the toasted bread slices with the truffle cheese.
In a bowl, mix the honey with the balsamic vinegar, the chilli flakes, the thyme and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest. Cut the halloumi cheese into slices, pass it through the honey mixture and fry it in a pan in which heated the olive oil.
On slices of bread browned place sliced avocado, browned halloumi in honey sauce and sprinkle with plenty of lemon juice.
Serve on each plate a slice of bread with browned truffle cheese and berry sauce and a slice of avocado and hallumi sweet – spicy.
