Salata cu spanac, bacon si muguri de pin este o salata hranitoare, o combinatie inedita de texturi si arome. Frunzele de spanac proaspete, baconul afumat scaldat in sos dulce-acrisor de mustar si feliile de bagheta aurii si crocante sunt ingredientele de baza ale acestei salate delicioase.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 100 grame frunze de baby spanac / 100 grams baby spinach
  • 6 felii de bacon / 6 bacon slices
  • 2 oua / 2 eggs
  • 2 linguri muguri de pin / 2 tablespoons pine seeds
  • 6 felii bagheta / 6 baguette slices
  • 1 lingurita mustar / 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
  • 1 lingurita zahar / 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 linguri otet / 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 50 ml apa rece / 50 ml cold water
  • Sare / Salt
  • Piper / Pepper

Primul pas este pregatirea cepei murate. Taiem ceapa rosie in jumatate, apoi in felii subtiri pe care le presaram cu sare. Intr-un bol amestecam zaharul, otetul si apa, apoi adaugam ceapa taiata felii. Lasam la marinat pana pregatim salata.

Intr-o tigaie incingem 1 lingura de ulei de masline si prajim feliile de bacon. Cand acestea sunt frumos rumenite adaugam mugurii de pin si continuam sa prajim 1-2 minute amestecand frecvent. Scoatem baconul si mugurii de pin intr-o farfurie, iar in grasimea ramasa in tigaie prajim feliile de bagheta pe ambele parti pana cand devin aurii.

Intr-un bol amestecam 3 linguri din otetul in care am marinat ceapa cu mustar, 2 linguri ulei de masline, sare si piper.

Aranjam pe 2 farfurii frunzele de spanac si adaugam jumatate din cantitatea de dressing, amestecand usor cu mana. Adaugam apoi baconul cu mugurii de pin, ceapa marinata, feliile de bagheta, cate un ou fiert si restul de dressing.

Presaram salata cu piper negru proaspat macinat si servim cu multa pofta.

Salad with spinach, bacon and pine seeds

The salad with spinach, bacon and pine seeds is a nutritious salad, a unique combination of textures and flavors. Fresh spinach leaves, smoked bacon bathed in sweet and sour mustard sauce and slices of golden and crispy baguette are the main ingredients of this delicious salad.

The first step is to prepare pickled onions. Cut the red onion in half, then into thin slices that sprinkle with salt. In a bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar and water, then add the sliced onion. Leave to marinate until the salad is ready.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon slices. When they are nicely browned, add the pine seeds and continue to fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. Take out the bacon and the pine seeds in a plate, and in the oil left in the pan fry the baguette slices on both sides until they turn golden.

In a bowl mix 3 tablespoons of the vinegar from the marinated onion with mustard, 2 tablespoons of olives oil, salt and pepper.

Arrange the spinach leaves on 2 plates and add half the amount of dressing, mixing lightly by hand. Then add the bacon with pine seeds, marinated onions, slices of baguette, a boiled egg and the rest of the dressing.

Sprinkle the salad with freshly ground black pepper and serve with appetite.
