Imagineaza-ti felii de paine rumenite perfect pe grill, invelite intr-o crusta crocanta de cascaval topit, cu inima moale si aurie, fierbinte si imbietoare. Alaturi, o salata proaspata de avocado cremos, rosii cherry zemoase si ceapa verde crocanta, totul stropit cu ulei de masline si un strop de otet balsamic – o explozie de prospetime si savoare.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 3 portii)
- 3 felii de paine
- 3 oua
- 150 ml smantana dulce
- 75 grame cascaval
- 1 avocado
- 200 grame rosii cherry
- 2 cepe verzi
- 1 lingura ulei masline
- Otet balsamic
- Sare

Intr-un bol, spargem ouale si adaugam un praf de sare. Le batem bine cu ajutorul unei furculite, apoi incorporam smantana dulce, amestecand pana la omogenizare. Fiecare felie de paine este trecuta prin acest amestec, apoi tavalita cu grija prin cascaval ras. Incalzim grillul si rumenim feliile, pe rand, pana capata o crusta aurie si apetisanta.

Intre timp, pregatim o salata proaspata din avocado taiat cubulete, rosii cherry, ceapa verde, ulei de masline si sare, toate imbinate armonios pentru un gust echilibrat.

Distribuim salata peste cele trei friganele cu cascaval, stropim cu o picatura de otet balsamic si servim cu placere.
