Combinatia dintre somonul afumat, branzeturile cremoase si un strop de lamaie e atat de buna incat s-ar putea sa renunti la cina doar ca sa mai intinzi o felie de paine prajita. INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 120 grame somon afumat
- 60 grame Mascarpone
- 60 grame crema de branza
- Sucul de la 1/2 lamaie
- Sare

Pentru aceasta reteta simpla, dar de efect, am ales sa folosesc somon afumat in bucati, un ingredient care ofera un gust intens si o aroma distincta. Somonul a fost sfaramat usor cu mana, apoi adaugat in blender. Mixam cateva secunde.

Completam cu mascarpone si crema de branza pentru o textura catifelata si un gust echilibrat. Stoarcem sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie mica pentru un plus de prospetime si adaugam sare, dupa gust. Mixam pana obtinem o compozitie omogena si cremoasa, usor de intins.

Crema de somon astfel obtinuta este perfecta pentru a fi servita pe felii de paine prajita, care aduc un contrast crocant si placut. Am ales sa o acompaniez cu masline si felii subtiri de ridichi, care aduc o nota usor picanta si o textura crocanta ce completeaza gustul bogat al cremei.
