INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
- 200 grame ceapa
- 4 catei de usturoi
- 1 lingurita boia de ardei dulce
- 1 lingurita boia de ardei iute
- 1 lingurita chimen
- 20 grame ulei de masline
- 300 grame carne de vita
- 200 grame pasta de ardei
- 400 grame rosii in sos tomat
- 500 ml apa
- 1/2 lingurita piper negru
- 1 cub concentrat de pui
- 160 grame cartofi
- 100 grame morcovi
- 180 grame ardei gras rosu
- 130 grame telina
- 2 foi de dafin
- Sare

Tocam marunt ceapa si usturoiul, apoi le inabusim intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins, alaturi de boia dulce, boia iute si chimen, amestecand constant la foc mic pentru aproximativ 3 minute, astfel incat aromele sa se intensifice. Adaugam carnea de vita taiata in cubulete uniforme, pasta de ardei si rosiile in sos de tomate, lasandu-le sa se gateasca la foc mic spre mediu timp de 5 minute, pana cand carnea incepe sa-si elibereze sucurile.

Incorporam legumele taiate cubulete, turnam apa, apoi adaugam piperul proaspat macinat, cubul de concentrat de pui, foile de dafin si sarea. Acoperim vasul cu un capac si lasam gulasul sa fiarba molcom, la foc mic, timp de aproximativ 2 ore si jumatate, astfel incat ingredientele sa se patrunda perfect si sa-si imbine aromele intr-o textura bogata si savuroasa.

Se serveste fierbinte, alaturi de paine proaspata, ideal cu o coaja crocanta, pentru a savura pe deplin sosul aromat.

- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 20 grams olive oil
- 300 grams beef
- 200 grams pepper paste
- 400 grams tomatoes in tomato sauce
- 500 ml water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 160 grams potatoes
- 100 grams carrots
- 180 grams red bell pepper
- 130 grams celery
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt
Finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in a pan with hot oil, along with the sweet paprika, hot paprika, and cumin, stirring constantly over low heat for about 3 minutes to intensify the flavors. Add the beef, cut into uniform cubes, the pepper paste, and the tomatoes in tomato sauce, letting them cook on medium-low heat for 5 minutes, until the meat starts releasing its juices.
Incorporate the diced vegetables, pour in the water, then add the freshly ground black pepper, the chicken bouillon cube, the bay leaves, and salt. Cover the pot and let the goulash simmer on low heat for about 2 and a half hours, allowing the ingredients to meld together and the flavors to create a rich and savory texture.
Serve hot, accompanied by fresh bread, ideally with a crispy crust, to fully enjoy the flavorful sauce.
