Ne-am dat peste cap (si peste gard, la vecinii de la Butcher’s Cuisine) ca sa gasim cea mai buna carne, am framantat chiflele cu drag (si cu putina faina pe nas), iar la cartofii prajiti de la Fresco Verde am zis un mare DA, pentru ca sunt crocanti, naturali si fara uleiuri dubioase. Plus, sosurile sunt atat de bune incat vei avea tentatia sa le pui pe absolut orice … de fiecare data! Asadar, pune-ti centura de siguranta si pregateste-te pentru o calatorie delicioasa! INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 2 burgeri Butcher’s Cuisine
- 2 chifle
- 2 felii branza Cheddar
- Sos pentru burger
- Dulceata de ardei iute
- Ceapa caramelizata
- Salata Iceberg
- Castraveti murati
- Cartofi prajiti Fresco Verde
- 1 lingura ulei de masline
- Sare Maldon afumata
- Sare

Secretul acestui burger desavarsit? Ca intotdeauna, ingredientele de cea mai buna calitate, atent selectionate de la producatori locali. De aceasta data, am facut o vizita la vecinii de la Butcher’s Cuisine, unde gasim mereu carne proaspata si preparate exceptionale.

In plus, am descoperit si sosurile lor rafinate, perfecte pentru a desavarsi un burger de neuitat.

Chiflele? Le-am pregatit chiar acasa, obtinand niste pufosenii incredibil de gustoase. Voi impartasi in curand reteta pentru chiflele perfecte.
Si ce poate insoti mai bine un burger suculent, plin de arome imbietoare? Desigur, cartofii prajiti de la Fresco Verde! Acesti cartofi sunt 100% naturali, fara uleiuri vegetale, aditivi sau conservanti. Taiati in fasii subtiri, spalati si blansati, tot ce trebuie sa facem este sa ii gatim in Actifry, cu un praf de sare si o lingura de ulei de masline, timp de 30 de minute, pana devin perfect aurii.

Intre timp, ne ocupam de burgeri. Incalzim bine o tigaie grill si asezam carnea pe suprafata incinsa. Gatim fiecare burger timp de 3 minute pe o parte, apoi il intoarcem si presaram sare Maldon afumata. Continuam sa gatim inca 3 minute, pana cand atingem 60Ā°C in interior pentru un rezultat medium done. Spre final, asezam o felie de branza Cheddar, pe care o lasam sa se topeasca frumos peste carne.

Pentru asamblare, taiem chiflele in jumatate si le incalzim usor pe tigaie. Pe baza chiflei, intindem sos de burger, adaugam salata iceberg tocata fin, felii de castravete murat, un strat de dulceata de ardei iute, urmat de burgerul suculent, ceapa caramelizata si, in final, acoperim cu partea superioara a chiflei.
Servim burgerul alaturi de cartofi prajiti crocanti si sosuri delicioase, pentru o experienta culinara de neuitat!

We went all out (and even hopped the fence to our neighbors at Butcherās Cuisine) to find the best quality meat, kneaded the burger buns with love (and a little flour on our noses), and gave a big YES to Fresco Verdeās friesācrispy, natural, and free from any shady oils. Plus, the sauces are so good that youāll be tempted to put them on just about anythingā¦ every single time! So buckle up and get ready for a delicious ride! - 2 burger buns
- 2 slices of Cheddar cheese
- Burger sauce
- Spicy pepper jam
- Caramelized onions
- Iceberg lettuce
- Pickles

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Smoked Maldon salt
- Regular salt

The buns? We made them from scratch at home, resulting in pillowy-soft, irresistibly delicious perfection. Stay tunedāIāll be sharing the ultimate burger bun recipe soon!
And what pairs better with a juicy, flavor-packed burger? Of course, Fresco Verde fries! These fries are 100% naturalāno vegetable oils, no additives, no preservatives. Cut into thin strips, washed, and blanched, all they need is 30 minutes in the Actifry with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil until they turn perfectly golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, letās prep the burgers. Heat up a grill pan and place the patties on it. Sear each side for 3 minutes, then flip and sprinkle with smoked Maldon salt. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes, aiming for an internal temperature of 60Ā°C (140Ā°F) for medium doneness. Finally, top with a slice of Cheddar cheese and let it melt beautifully over the patty.
To assemble, slice the buns in half and lightly toast them. Spread burger sauce on the bottom half, then layer with finely chopped iceberg lettuce, pickles, spicy pepper jam, the juicy burger patty, caramelized onions, and finally, place the top bun on.
