Kebab de pui cu sos de iaurt este o reteta pe cat de rapida si usor de preparat, pe atat de irezistibila, suculenta si plina de arome. Facut din ingrediente simple, kebab-ul de pui este o masa sanatoasa si delicioasa, perfecta pentru orice ocazie!

Pentru kebab / For kebab
- 500 grame carne tocata de pui / 500 grams chicken minced meat
- 3 linguri parmezan ras / 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 6 linguri couscous gatit / 6 tablespoons cooked couscous
- 1 ou / 1 egg
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 catel de usturoi / 1 garlic clove
- 1 lingurita chimen / 1 teaspoon caraway
- 1 lingurita boia dulce / 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Sare / Salt
Pentru sosul de iaurt / For the yogurt sauce
- 200 grame iaurt grecesc / 200 grams yogurt sauce
- 1 catel de usturoi strivit / 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lingurita sumak / 1 teaspoon sumak
- Sare / Salt
Pentru aceasta reteta alegem pulpe si piept de pui dezosate. Taiem carnea in cubulete si o tocam. Amestecam carnea cu parmezanul, couscous-ul gatit, oul si condimentele.
Ungem mainile cu ulei de masline si formam chiftele sub forma ovala. Introducem in fiecare kebab cate un bat de frigaruie si prajim intr-o tigaie tip grill pe toate partile pana cand sunt frumos rumenite.
Pentru sosul de iaurt, amestecam toate ingredientele intr-un bol si pastram la rece pana in momentul servirii.
Servim kebabul de pui cu lipii calde, sos de iaurt cu sumak, hummus cu fulgi de chilli si o salata de rosii cu ceapa si castraveti.

Chicken Kebab with Yogurt Sauce
Chicken kebab with yogurt sauce is a recipe that is as quick and easy to prepare as it is irresistible, juicy and full of flavor. Made from simple ingredients, the chicken kebab is a healthy and delicious meal, perfect for any occasion!
For this recipe choose boneless chicken thighs and breast. Cut the meat into cubes and mince it. Mix the meat with parmesan, cooked couscous, egg and the spices.
Grease hands with olive oil and form the meatballs in an oval shape. Insert a skewer into each kebab and fry in a grill type pan on all sides until they are nicely browned.
For the yogurt sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until serving.
Serve the chicken kebab with warm pita bread, yogurt sauce with sumac, hummus with chilli flakes and a tomato salad with onions and cucumbers.
