Noodles cu vita si mazare mangetout este o incantare a papilelor gustative. Aromele instantanee de sosuri de soia si stridii combinate cu vita frageda picanta, mazare mangetout crocanta si taietei matasosi ne vor satisface cu siguranta.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 300 grame muschi de vita / 300 grams tenderloin
  • 200 grame taietei de orez / 200 grams rice noodles
  • 100 grame mazare mangetout / 100 grams mangetout
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cm ghimbir feliat / 2 cm ginger
  • 1 lingura sos sriracha / 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 4 linguri sos de soia / 4 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 2 linguri sos de stridii / 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 lingura amidon / 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 linguri de ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 fire de ceapa verde / 2 scallions
  • Sare / Salt
Noodles cu vita si mazare  mangetout

Taiem carnea in fasii subtiri, adaugam sarea, 2 linguri sos de soia, 1 lingura sos de stridii, amidonul si amestecam bine. Lasam la marinat la frigider pentru 2 – 3 ore sau chiar peste noapte.

Intr-un wok sau o tigaie mai adanca, incingem uleiul de masline, adaugam usturoiul si ghimbirul taiate marunt si calim timp de 1 minut. Adaugam apoi carnea marinata si lasam la prajit timp de 3 minute amestecand ocazional. La sfarsit adaugam mazarea mangetout, 2 linguri sos de soia, sosul de stridii si sosul sriracha. Mai lasam pe foc timp 5 minute.

Intre timp pregatim taieteii de orez conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj.

Veal Noodles with Mangetout

Noodles with veal and mangetout peas is a delight for our taste. Instant flavors of soy sauces and oysters combined with spicy tender veal, crispy mangetout peas and silky noodles will definitely not satisfy completely.

Cut the meat into thin strips, add salt, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, cornstarch and mix well. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 hours or even overnight.

In a wok or a deeper pan, heat the olive oil, add the finely chopped garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute. Then add the marinated meat and let it fry for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end, add the mangetout peas, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, oyster sauce and sriracha sauce. Leave it to cook for another 5 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Serve the veal with mangetout along with rice noodles and finely chopped green onions.
