Spooky Pumpkin Salad … in fapt o combinatie inedita de dovleac in crusta crocanta si mix de fasole aromatizat cu o infuzie de ulei de masline cu usturoi si cimbru usor picanta. Ce sa zic? Un mix genial de arome pentru un pranz reusit de toamna.

Spooky Pumpkin Salad​

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 350 grame dovleac / 350 grams pumpkin
  • 200 grame fasole alba / 200 grams white beans
  • 200 grame fasole rosie / 200 grams red beans
  • 50 ml ulei de masline / 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 fire de cimbru / 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 ardei iute uscat / 1 dried hot pepper
  • 1 lingura otet / 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 linguri de faina / 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 ou / 1 egg
  • 3 linguri pesmet panko / 3 tablespoons panko
  • 50 grame branza de capra / 50 grams goat cheese
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru inceput taiem dovleacul in jumatate si indepartam miezul cu seminte si coaja. Taiem in felii subtiri si presaram cu sare.

Trecem feliile de dovleac prin faina, ou si pesmet panko apoi le prajim in Actifry timp de 15 minute pana cand sunt frumos rumenite.

Intre timp pregatim salata de fasole. Intr-un bol punem usturoiul zdrobit si taiat marunt, cimbrul si ardeiul iute. Turnam deasupra uleiul de masline incalzit si lasam la infuzat.

Intr-un bol adaugam fasolea alba, fasolea rosie, sare si otetul. Din uleiul infuzat indepartam cimbrul si ardeiul iute si turnam uleiul si usturoiul infuzat peste fasole.

Punem salata de fasole in 2 boluri, aranjam deasupra feliile de dovleac pane si presaram branza de capra.

Servim salata de dovleac pane si fasole cu multa pofta, alaturi de un pahar cu vin alb.

Spooky Pumpkin Salad

Spooky Pumpkin Salad … actually a unique combination of pumpkin in a crispy crust and bean mix flavored with an infusion of olive oil with garlic and slightly spicy thyme. What to say? A brilliant mix of flavors for a successful autumn weekend lunch.

First, cut the pumpkin in half and remove the core with seeds and peel. Cut into thin slices and sprinkle with salt.

Dip the pumpkin slices in flour, egg and panko breadcrumbs, then fry them in the Actifry for 15 minutes until they are nicely browned.

In the meantime, prepare the bean salad. Put the crushed and finely chopped garlic, thyme and hot pepper in a bowl. Pour the heated olive oil on top and let it infuse.

In a bowl, add white beans, red beans, salt and vinegar. Remove the thyme and hot pepper from the infused oil and pour the oil and infused garlic over the beans.

Arrange the bean salad in 2 bowls, arrange the crispy pumpkin slices on top and sprinkle the goat cheese.

Serve the crispy pumpkin and bean salad with appetite, along with a glass of white wine.
