Omleta pufoasa cu crema de ricotta, un mic dejun rafinat si delicios! Daca esti in cautarea unui mic dejun simplu, dar cu aer de brunch sofisticat, ai nimerit unde trebuie! Aceasta omleta cu crema de ricotta este combinatia perfecta intre pufos si cremos, intre sarat si delicat. Fie ca o imbraci in somon afumat sau prosciutto crudo, promitem ca fiecare imbucatura te va face sa zambesti! Adauga un strop de marar, presara ceapa verde si pregateste-te pentru o explozie de savoare. Hai sa gatim impreuna aceasta reteta irezistibila!

INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 4 oua
- 200 grame Ricotta
- 50 grame smantana fermentata
- 50 grame smantana dulce
- 4 fire marar
- 1 lingurita ulei masline
- 50 grame somon sau 50 grame prosciutto
- Ceapa verde pentru decor
- Sare

Ca de fiecare data, in familia noastra gusturile sunt impartite. Asadar, am optat pentru o portie cu somon afumat si una cu prosciutto crudo, dar alegerea ramane la latitudinea voastra.
Pentru crema de ricotta, mixam branza ricotta cu smantana fermentata, smantana dulce si un praf de sare, pana obtinem o consistenta fina si cremoasa.

Intr-un bol, batem 2 oua timp de cateva secunde, adaugand cate o lingurita de marar tocat marunt si un praf de sare. Ungem o tigaie cu putin ulei de masline, iar cand este bine incinsa, turnam compozitia pentru omleta. Lasam sa se prinda usor pe margini, apoi acoperim cu un capac si gatim la foc mic timp de 3-4 minute, pana cand este bine inchegata.

Rasturnam omleta pe o farfurie, o umplem cu jumatate din crema de ricotta si putin marar, apoi o rulam cu grija. Deasupra asezam somonul afumat sau prosciutto crudo, in functie de preferinte. Repetam procesul pentru a doua portie.
Presaram cu ceapa verde tocata fin si servim alaturi de paine prajita si o salata verde asortata.

- 4 eggs
- 200g ricotta cheese
- 50g fermented sour cream
- 50g heavy cream
- 4 sprigs of dill
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 50g smoked salmon or 50g prosciutto
- Green onions for garnish
- Salt
As always, in our family, tastes are divided. So, we chose one serving with smoked salmon and another with prosciutto crudo, but the choice is entirely up to you!
For the ricotta cream, blend the ricotta cheese with fermented sour cream, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs for a few seconds, then add a teaspoon of finely chopped dill and a pinch of salt. Grease a pan with a little olive oil, and once it’s well heated, pour in the omelet mixture. Let it set slightly at the edges, then cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until fully set.
Flip the omelet onto a plate, fill it with half of the ricotta cream and a bit of dill, then gently roll it. Place the smoked salmon or prosciutto crudo on top, depending on your preference. Repeat the process for the second portion.
Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and serve with toasted bread and a fresh mixed salad.
