Crema de ricotta cu rosii si cimbru, o minunatie de ricotta batuta, super fina si cremoasa, acoperita cu rosii dulci aromate cu usturoi si cimbru. Daca nu ati incercat niciodata aceasta reteta trebuie sa o puneti pe lista scurta cat mai repede. Tot ce trebuie facut este sa adaugi toate ingredientele intr-un blender si sa mixezi cateva secunde. Este un aperitiv perfect pentru o masa de inspiratie italiana si se asociaza perfect cu un platou de mezeluri si o paine prajita calda.

- 200 grame ricotta / 200 grams ricotta
- 50 grame parmezan / 50 grams parmesan
- 100 ml smantana dulce / 100 ml double cream
- 200 grame rosii cherry / 200 grams cherry tomatoes
- Oregano / Oregano
- 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
- Cimbru / Thyme
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sare / Salt

Metoda de preparare este extrem de simpla. In bolul unui blender amestecam parmezanul ras cu ricotta, smantana dulce si putina sare. Mixam timp de 30 de secunde pana obtinem o crema fina. Aranjam crema de ricotta intr-un bol si presaram cu oregano.

Intr-o tigaie incingem o lingura de ulei de masline si adaugam rosiile cherry taiate in jumatati, usturoiul zdrobit, sare si un fir de cimbru. Calim rosiile timp de 3 minute, la foc mediu si le rasturnam peste crema de ricotta.
Servim crema de ricotta cu rosii alaturi de un platou de mezeluri italiene si paine prajita.

Whipped Ricotta Dip with Roasted Tomatoes
Ricotta cream with tomatoes and thyme, a wonderful whipped ricotta, super smooth and creamy, covered with sweet tomatoes flavored with garlic and thyme.
