INGREDIENTE (pentru 6 portii)

  • 20 grame ulei de masline
  • 3 esalote sau ceapa rosie
  • 4 catei de usturoi
  • 300 grame ciuperci proaspete
  • 3 fire patrunjel
  • 1/2 lingurita oregano
  • 1 lingurita sare
  • 1/4 lingurita piper
  • 2 picaturi de sos Tabasco
  • 100 grame nuci prajite

Pentru a prepara acest pateu rafinat, incepem prin a incalzi o tigaie la foc mediu si adaugam ulei de masline. Calim salotele fin tocate si usturoiul zdrobit timp de aproximativ trei minute, pana cand devin fragede si isi elibereaza aroma.

Adaugam apoi restul ingredientelor, cu exceptia nucilor, si lasam sa fiarba la foc mic timp de opt minute, amestecand ocazional, pana cand lichidul eliberat de ciuperci se evapora complet. Ulterior, incorporam nucile si mixam compozitia cu ajutorul unui blender sau robot de bucatarie, pana obtinem o pasta fina si omogena.

Transferam preparatul intr-un vas de servire, il acoperim si il lasam sa ajunga la temperatura camerei, apoi il refrigeram timp de cel putin o ora inainte de servire.

Se savureaza alaturi de paine prajita si legume, oferind o optiune delicioasa pentru zilele de post.

INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings)

  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 3 shallots or red onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 300 grams fresh mushrooms
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • 100 grams toasted walnuts

Start by heating a pan over medium heat and adding the olive oil. Sauté the finely chopped shallots and crushed garlic for about three minutes until they become soft and release their aroma.

Next, add the remaining ingredients, except for the walnuts, and let them simmer over low heat for about eight minutes, stirring occasionally until the liquid released by the mushrooms evaporates completely. Then, incorporate the walnuts and blend the mixture using a food processor or blender until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.

Transfer the pâté into a serving dish, cover it, and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least an hour.
