Crema de fasole cu trufe si ciuperci este o idee foarte inspirata pentru o zi de post. Foarte rapid de executat, aromata cu usturoi, cimbru si trufe si asortata cu muraturi, crema de fasole va fi cu siguranta alegerea potrivita pentru o masa de pranz. Si daca nu doriti sa tineti post, aceasta reteta poate sa fie o idee buna de garnitura alaturi de cativa carnati afumati de casa sau un gratar de porc.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 400 grame fasole alba fiarta / 400 gram boiled white beans
- 5 catei de usturoi / 5 garlic cloves
- 1 lingurita ulei de masline / 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 lingurita ulei cu trufe / 1 teaspoon truffle oil
- 25 grame unt / 25 grams butter
- 200 grame ciuperci fierte conservate / 200 grams canned mushrooms mix
- 1/4 lingurita cimbru / 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- Sare / Salt
- Piper / Pepper
Intr-o cratita incalzim uleiul de masline si adaugam 3 catei de usturoi zdrobiti si 30 ml de apa. Inabusim usturoiul timp de 2 minute si adaugam fasolea fiarta, uleiul de trufe, sarea si piperul. Calim timp de 5 minute si mixam amestecul cu ajutorul unui blender.
Intre timp, topim untul, adaugam 2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti, ciupercile, sarea si cimbrul. Calim timp de 7 minute la foc mediu.
Daca doriti varianta de post inlocuiti untul cu 1 lingura de ulei de masline.
Servim crema de fasole cu ciupercile sote, alaturi de paine proaspata si muraturi asortate.

Bean Cream with Truffles and Mushrooms
Bean cream with truffles and mushrooms is a very inspired idea for a no-meat day. And if you don’t want to have a veggi day, this recipe can be a good idea for a garnish with some homemade sausages or a pork roast.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add 3 crushed cloves of garlic and 30 ml of water. Simmer the garlic for 2 minutes and add the boiled beans, truffle oil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes and mix the mixture with a blender.
Meanwhile, melt the butter, add 2 crushed cloves of garlic, the mushrooms, salt and thyme. Cook for 7 minutes on medium heat.
Serve the cream of beans with sautéed mushrooms, along with fresh bread and assorted pickles.
