Pate de pui

In fapt, cea mai buna reteta de pate de pui. Bun pentru o masa festiva, pentru un mic dejun sau pentru pachetelul de la scoala. Fara aditivi alimentari, doar ficatei de pui si condimente pe masura.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 8 portii / for 8 servings)

  • 500 grame ficatei de pui / 500 grams chicken liver
  • 300 ml lapte / 300 ml milk
  • 200 grame unt / 200 grams butter
  • 2 cepe mari / 2 large onions
  • 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 foaie de dafin / 1 bay leaf
  • Cimbru / Thyme
  • Sare / Salt
  • Piper / Pepper

Spalam bine ficateii si ii adaugam intr-un bol acoperindu-i cu 300 ml lapte. Ii lasam la marinat in lapte timp de 2-3 ore, apoi ii scurgem si ii stergem cu un servetel absorbant.

Intr-o tigaie incingem 100 grame unt si adaugam ceapa si usturoiul taiate marunt. Calim usor, timp de 2 minute si adaugam foaia de dafin, 1-2 crengute de cimbru si ficateii. Prajim ficateii timp de 10 minute la foc mic, acoperiti cu capac si la sfarsit adaugam sare si piper dupa gust.

Trecem ficateii prin blender si ii rasturnam intr-un bol. Lasam la rece, apoi topim 100 grame de unt si acoperim pateul.

Servim cu paine prajita si pentru un gust desavarsit cu dulceata de gutui.

Daca v-a placut reteta de pate de pui, va recomand sa incercati si un pate de porc, un pate de ton sau un pate vegetal.

Chicken Liver Pate

In fact, the best chicken pate recipe. Good for a festive meal, for breakfast or for the school package. No food additives, just chicken liver and spices.

Wash the chicken livers well and add them to a bowl covering them with 300 ml of milk. Let them marinate in milk for 2-3 hours, then drain and wipe with an absorbent napkin.

Heat 100 grams of butter in a pan and add finely chopped onion and garlic. Heat gently for 2 minutes and add the bay leaf, thyme and liver. Fry the livers for 10 minutes on low heat, cover with a lid and finally add salt and pepper to taste.

Pass the livers through a blender and pour them into a bowl. Let it cool, then melt 100 grams of butter and cover the pate.

Serve with toast and for a perfect taste with quince jam.
