  • 150 grame crema de branza natur / 150 grams creme cheese
  • 150 grame ton in conserva / 150 grams canned tuna
  • 100 grame somon afumat / 100 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 ceapa rosie mica / 1 small red onion
  • 1 lingura capere / 1 tableapoon capers
  • Sucul de la 1/2 lamaie / Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Sare / Salt

Impartim crema de branza in mod egal in 2 boluri.

Intr-un bol adaugam tonul scurs de ulei, ceapa rosie taiata marunt, jumatate din sucul de lamaie si sare, dupa gust. Amestecam cu ajutorul unei furculite.

In celalalt bol adaugam somonul afumat caperele, jumatate din sucul de lamaie si sare, dupa gust. Amestecam cu ajutorul unei furculite.

Servim pasta de peste cu mix de masline si paine prajita.

Tuna vs. Salmon Rillettes

Tuna vs. Salmon is one of the classic appetizers, always preaent on festive meals. Today we try a different, lighter version and launch the competition: tuna vs salmon 😎. Which one is your favorite?

Divide the cheese ceeam evenly into 2 bowls.

In a bowl, add canned tuna without oil, finely chopped red onion, half of the lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix with a fork.

In the other bowl add the smoked salmon, capers, half of the lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix with a fork.

Serve the fish rillettes with a mixture of olives and toast.
