INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 2 pere / 2 pears
- 50 grame gorgonzola / 50 grams gorgonzola
- 2 linguri nuci / 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 4 felii prosciutto / 4 slices prosciutto
Curatam perele de coaja si indepartam cotorul. Le asezam intr-o tava termorezistenta. Umplem perele cu branza gorgonzola si presaram cu nuci taiate marunt.
Introducem tava in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius, timp de 20 – 25 de minute, pana cand perele sunt frumos rumenite.
Acoperim fiecare jumatate de para cu cate o felie de prosciutto si servim cu multa pofta.

Oven Baked Pears with Gorgonzola and Prosciutto
We are absolutely obsessed with these oven baked pears with gorgonzola and prosciutto! So many flavors, an excellent balance of sweet, creamy and salty. You won’t even believe how easy they are to prepare! Sweet pears, creamy gorgonzola, crunchy walnuts perfected with prosciutto crudo for an exceptional appetizer
Peel the pears and remove the spine. Place them in a heat-resistant tray. Fill the pears with gorgonzola cheese and sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts.
Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, until the pears are nicely browned.
Cover each pear half with a slice of prosciutto and serve with appetite.
