INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 2 felii de paine / 2 bread slices
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 grame branza de capra / 100 grams goat cheese
- 50 grame nuci pecan / 50 grams pecan nuts
- 300 grame struguri / 300 grams grapes
- 1/4 lingurita cimbru / 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 lingura miere / 1 tablespoon honey
- Sare / Salt
Intr-o tigaie fara adaos de grasime prajim usor nucile pecan si le lasam la racit.
In aceeasi tigaie adaugam boabele de struguri si le presaram cu cimbru si sare. Gatim strugurii la foc mediu timp de 15 minute, amestecand ocazional. La sfarsit adaugam o lingura de miere si mai gatim 2 minute.
Intre timp, incingem o tigaie si adaugam uleiul de masline. Prajim feliile de paine pana cand sunt frumos rumenite si crocante.
Ungem feliile de paine prajita cu branza de capra si adaugam deasupra strugurii cu sos de cimbru si miere.
Presaram deasupra nucile pecan prajite tocate marunt si servim cu multa pofta.

Toast with goat cheese and grapes in thyme and honey sauce or how to gather the perfect flavors of autumn in a sensational aperitif or a perfect brunch. Sweet grapes perfected with thyme served with salty goat cheese and crunchy pecans. So many different flavors and textures in such a simple, but at the same time perfect plate.
In a pan without added fat, lightly fry the pecans and let them cool.
In the same pan, add the grapes and sprinkle them with thyme and salt. Cook the grapes on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end, add a spoonful of honey and cook for another 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a pan and add the olive oil. Fry the bread slices until they are nicely browned and crispy.
Spread the toasted bread slices with goat cheese and add the grapes with thyme and honey sauce on top.
Sprinkle finely chopped roasted pecans on top and serve with appetite.
