Invioratoare si vibranta, aceasta salata cu fenicul si mere, desavarsita cu nuci crocante si un dressing proaspat este o super alegere pentru insotirea unui fel principal pe baza de carne sau peste. Am tot vazut in magazine acest fenicul si mi-am luat inima in dinti sa il incerc si eu. Mi-a placut foarte mult si cu siguranta voi mai prepara aceasta salata.
INGREDIENTE /INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 1 fenicul / 1 fennel
- 1 mar verde / 1 green apple
- 2 cepe / 2 onions
- 30 grame nuci prajite / 30 grams roasted nuts
- Sucul de la 1/2 lamaie / Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 lingurita otet din cidru de mere / 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 lingurite mustar / 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sare / Salt
Spalam feniculul si il taiem in sferturi, apoi in fasii subtiri, marul sub forma de bastonase inguste si ceapa in felii julienne.
Pentru sosul salatei amestecam intr-un borcan mustarul, sucul de lamaie, otetul din cidru de mere, uleiul de masline si sarea.
Turnam sosul peste fructe si legume si amestecam bine.
Presaram nucile prajite taiate marunt si servim salata cu multa pofta.

Salad with Fennel and Apples
Refreshing and vibrant, this fennel and apple salad, completed with crunchy walnuts and a fresh dressing, is a great choice to accompany a meat or fish-based main course. I kept seeing this fennel in stores and I decided to try it myself. I liked it very much and I will definitely prepare this salad again.
Wash the fennel and cut it into quarters, then into thin strips, the apple in the form of narrow sticks and the onion in julienne slices.
For the salad dressing, mix mustard, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and salt in a jar.
Pour the sauce over the fruits and vegetables and mix well.
Sprinkle the chopped fried walnuts and serve the salad with great appetite.
