Cate culori si cate arome intr-o singura farfurie! Servita ca atare sau ca si garnitura alaturi de un gratar, salata cu zucchini si salsa de rodie va oferi o surpriza de gusturi extrem de placuta. Este o salata racoroasa de vara care se potriveste perfect unei petreceri la gratar cu prietenii.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 2 zucchini / 2 zucchini
- 1 ardei iute rosu / 1 red hot pepper
- 1/4 ardei gras rosu / 1/4 red pepper
- 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
- 1 catel de usturoi / 1 garlic clove
- 2 linguri patrunjel verde / 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 rodie / 1 pomegranate
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 linguri otet balsamic / 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Sare / Salt

Spalam bine zucchini si ii taiem felii. Presaram cu sare si lasam la scurs timp de 15 minute. Stergem feliile de zucchini cu servetele absorbante si apoi le punem in Actifry sau intr-o tava de copt.
Stropim cu o lingura de ulei de masline si pornim Actifry-ul sau introducem tava in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius pentru 20 de minute. Rasturnam dovleceii intr-un bol si lasam sa se raceasca cateva minute.

Intre timp, taiem marunt ceapa rosie, ardeiul, usturoiul, ardeiul iute si patrunjelul si le adaugam peste zucchini impreuna cu rodia, uleiul de masline si otetul balsamic.
Amestecam bine si lasam la rece timp de 2 – 3 ore inainte de servire.

Servim simpla sau alaturi de peste sau carne la gratar.

Salad with Zucchini and Pomegranate Salsa
How many colors and flavors in one plate! Served as it is or as a side dish alongside a barbecue, the salad with zucchini and pomegranate salsa will offer an extremely pleasant taste surprise. It is a cool summer salad that is perfect for a barbecue party with friends.
Wash the zucchini well and cut them into slices. Sprinkle with salt and leave to drain for 15 minutes. Wipe the zucchini slices with absorbent napkins and then put them in the Actifry or in a baking tray.
Sprinkle with a spoonful of olive oil and turn on the Actifry or put the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Turn the zucchini in a bowl and let it cool for a few minutes.
In the meantime, finely chop the red onion, pepper, garlic, hot pepper and parsley and add them over the zucchini together with the pomegranate, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Mix well and leave in the cold for 2 – 3 hours before serving.
Serve plain or alongside grilled fish or meat.
