INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)

  • 3 cartofi
  • 1 ardei kapia
  • 1 ceapa alba
  • 1 ceapa rosie
  • 4 cepe verzi
  • 100 grame masline
  • 2 linguri patrunjel
  • 2 linguri otet
  • 2 linguri ulei masline
  • 2 linguri otet balsamic cu ardei
  • 250 grame caracatita prefiarta
  • Sare
Salata de caracatita

Spalam bine cartofii sub jet de apa rece, apoi ii punem la fiert in apa cu o lingura de sare grunjoasa. Dupa ce s-au fiert, ii curatam cat sunt inca calduti si ii taiem in felii.

Caracatita se tamponeaza bine cu un prosop absorbant pentru a indeparta excesul de umiditate, apoi se aseaza pe gratar, unde se lasa cate trei minute pe fiecare parte. Dupa ce este frumos rumenita, se taie in felii groase de aproximativ 1,5 cm.

Intr-un bol incapator, asezam feliile de cartofi, peste care adaugam ardeiul kapia taiat fasii subtiri, ceapa rosie, alba si verde taiata rondele, maslinele si patrunjelul tocat fin. Incorporam apoi bucatile de caracatita si asezonam cu sare, otet, ulei de masline si otet balsamic.

Amestecam bine toate ingredientele si lasam salata la frigider pentru cateva ore, astfel incat aromele sa se impleteasca armonios.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 green onions
  • 100 grams of olives
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar with pepper
  • 250 grams pre-cooked octopus
  • Salt

Wash the potatoes thoroughly under cold running water, then boil them in water with a tablespoon of coarse salt. Once cooked, peel them while still warm and cut them into slices.

Pat the octopus dry with an absorbent towel to remove excess moisture, then place it on the grill and cook for three minutes on each side. Once nicely browned, cut it into thick slices, about 1.5 cm wide.

In a large bowl, place the potato slices, then add the sliced kapia pepper, red, white, and green onions cut into rings, olives, and finely chopped parsley. Next, incorporate the octopus pieces and season with salt, vinegar, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Mix all the ingredients well and let the salad chill in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the flavors to blend harmoniously.
