Brasovul devine tot mai cunoscut pentru scena sa culinara vibranta, iar burgerii artizanali nu fac excepție. Si, desi gasesti aceste preparate delicioase aproape in orice local din oras (mai mult sau mai putin reusiti), daca pana nu demult intrebai orice brasovean: “Unde mancam cei mai buni burgeri in … Brasov”, raspunsul venea aproape instant: La Passage – in Racadau! Insa concurenta nu doarme si as putea spune ca inventivitatea si creativitatea baietilor de la Two Guys a fost egalata si chiar depasita de cei de la KronBurger – pe care i-am descoperit recent, la inceput de an.

Locatia nu este chiar noua, insa cum spuneam, mi-a luat ceva vreme sa ma decid sa dau curs tentatiei de a descoperi daca leader-ul a fost surclasat sau nu. Despre Passage nu am scris pana acum, si nu as putea sa spun de ce nu am facut-o, deoarece baietii de acolo chiar faceau o treaba buna. Si inca o mai fac!

KronBurger a venit insa cu cateva “imbunatatiri” la reteta de succes deja existenta in piata burgerilor din Brasov: a adus gustul burgerilor perfect executati mai aproape de centru, a adaugat in meniu niste cocktail-uri spectaculoase, totul intr-o locatie cozy.

Dar hai sa va spun ce am incercat!  Deoarece am fost patru, am avut fiecare burgerul sau. Am comandat asadar: Camemzola Fantasy (chifla, carne vita Angus, sos de maioneza, rucola, branza camembert, dulceata de ceapa, fulgi de ceapa, sos gorgonzola + garnitura la alegere, sos kron) – doua bucati, Yummy Fresh (chifla, carne vita Angus, sos de maioneza, salata iceberg, branza topita cu cedar, ceapa roșie , rosii, ketchup + garnitura la alegere, sos kron) si un Philly Cheesesteak Burger – care este mai mult decat un burger, este o experienta cu carne frageda, branza topita si o combinatie perfecta de arome + garnitura la alegere.  Chiflele sunt pufoase, carnea bine gatita, iar sosurile completeaza perfect combinatia de arome. Pe langa burgeri, se poate opta pentru cartofi prajiti crocanti sau onion rings, care sunt o alegere excelenta. Desigur ar fi fost pacat sa alegem o alta garnitura decat cartofii prajiti cu usturoi si patrunjel.

Am incercat si trei cocktail-uri, toate foarte reusite, deci un mare plus.

Concluzionand, KronBurger este un loc casual, potrivit atat pentru o masa rapida, cat si pentru o iesire relaxata cu prietenii. Designul este modern, cu un vibe urban si minimalist, colorat, viu. Servirea este rapida si prietenoasa, ceea ce face experienta si mai placuta.

Daca esti in cautarea unui burger suculent si gustos in Brasov, KronBurger de pe Iuliu Maniu este un loc pe care cu siguranta merita sa-l incerci.

Cu un concept simplu, dar bine executat, acest local pune accent pe ingrediente proaspete, portii generoase si un gust autentic.

Where can we get the best burgers in Brasov – Kron Burger

Brasov is becoming more and more famous for its vibrant culinary scene, and artisanal burgers are no exception. While you can find these delicious dishes in almost any restaurant in the city (some better than others), up until recently, if you asked any Brasov resident: „Where can we get the best burgers in Brasov?”, the answer would come almost instantly: „At Passage – in Racadau!” However, competition never sleeps, and I would say the creativity and inventiveness of the guys at Two Guys have been matched and even surpassed by those at KronBurger – a place I recently discovered at the beginning of the year.

The location itself isn’t brand new, but as I said, it took me some time to decide to give in to the temptation and find out whether the previous leader had been overtaken. I haven’t written about Passage until now, and I can’t quite explain why, because the guys there really did a good job. And they still do!

KronBurger, however, has come with a few “improvements” to the already successful recipe in the Brasov burger scene: it has brought the taste of perfectly executed burgers closer to the city center, added some spectacular cocktails to the menu, all in a cozy location.

But let me tell you what I tried! Since there were four of us, each of us had our own burger. We ordered: Camemzola Fantasy (bun, Angus beef patty, mayo sauce, arugula, Camembert cheese, onion jam, crispy onion flakes, gorgonzola sauce + choice of side, Kron sauce) – two of these, Yummy Fresh (bun, Angus beef patty, mayo sauce, iceberg lettuce, melted cheddar cheese, red onion, tomatoes, ketchup + choice of side, Kron sauce) and a Philly Cheesesteak Burger – which is more than just a burger, it’s an experience with tender meat, melted cheese, and a perfect combination of flavors + choice of side. The buns are soft, the meat is perfectly cooked, and the sauces complement the combination of flavors perfectly. In addition to the burgers, you can choose between crispy fries or onion rings, both excellent options. Of course, it would have been a shame not to choose the garlic and parsley fries.

We also tried three cocktails, all of which were quite impressive, so that’s a big plus.

In conclusion, KronBurger is a casual place, ideal for both a quick meal or a relaxed outing with friends. The design is modern, with an urban, minimalist, colorful, and lively vibe. The service is fast and friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
