Pentru felul principal / For the main course

  • 400 grame somon / 400 grams salmon
  • 1 cartof dulce / 1 sweet potato
  • 2 cartofi mov / 2 purple potatoes
  • 2 cartofi albi / 2 white potatoes
  • Sare / Salt
  • 1/2 lingurita oregano / 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoons olive oil

Pentru sosul de nuci / For the nuts dressing

  • 50 grame mix de nuci / 50 grams nuts mix
  • 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 legatura patrunjel verde / 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 peperoncini / 1 peperoncini
  • 1 lingura otet alb / 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru sosul de usturoi / For the garlic sauce

  • 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sucul de la 1/2 lime / Juice for 1/2 lime
  • Sare / Salt
  • 3 linguri smantana / 3 tablespoons sour cream

Curatam cartofii si ii taiem cuburi mari. Eu am ales sa ii prepar la abur, insa ei pot fi fierti in apa si strecurati ulterior. Asadar, am pus cuburile de cartofi in steamer timp de 20 de minute. Ii rasturnam intr-un bol, adaugam 2 linguri de ulei de masline si ii presaram cu sare. Ii punem apoi intr-o tava si ii coacem in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius timp de 20 de minute pana cand sunt frumos rumeniti.

Pentru pregatirea somonului, eu am ales sa folosesc Tefal Actifry, insa il puteti prepara si in tigaie. Presaram somonul cu sare, oregano si fulgi de chilli. Adaugam in Actifry 2 linguri de ulei si somonul (cu pielea in jos). Il preparam timp de 20 de minute.

Intre timp pregatim cele 2 sosuri. Pentru sosul de nuci, prajim putin amestecul de nuci intr-o tigaie fara adaos de grasime. Lasam la racit, apoi le adaugam intr-un blender, impreuna cu restul ingredientelor. Mixam bine si pastram la rece.

Pentru sosul de smantana, mixam in blender usturoiul cu uleiul de masline, sarea si sucul de lime. La sfarsit adaugam smantana, amestecam si pastram sosul la rece.

Salmon with crispy potato mix

Salmon with crispy potato mix is an idea for the festive meal or for a weekend lunch. A combination of tasty flavors and colors easy to make, and if we choose a method of preparation with a minimum fat content we will have a healthy plate.

Peel the potatoes, grate it and cut it into large cubes. I chose to steam them, but they can be boiled in water and strained later. So I put the diced potatoes in the steamer and boiled them for 20 minutes. Then pour them into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Turn them in a tray and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until they are nicely browned.

For the preparation of the salmon, I chose to use Tefal Actifry, but you can also prepare it in the pan. Sprinkle the salmon with salt, oregano and chilli flakes. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and salmon (skin down) to Actifry. Cook it for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the 2 sauces. For the walnut sauce, fry the walnut mixture in a pan without adding fat. Leave to cool, then add them in a blender, along with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and keep it in the fridge until serving.

For the sour cream sauce, mix the garlic in the blender with the olive oil, salt and lime juice. At the end, add the sour cream, mix and keep the sauce cold.

Serve the salmon with the crispy potatoes and the walnut and garlic sauce.
