Aveti o sarbatoare in familie? De ce sa nu gatim ceva special, cum ar fi somon cu salsa de mango si creveti? Aceasta este o cina super delicioasa pe care o puteti pregati si savura in confortul propriei case. Este plina de arome proaspete, irezistibile care vor impresiona pe oricine.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 600 grame somon / 600 grams salmon
- 5 catei de usturoi / 5 garlic cloves
- 1 mango / 1 mango
- 1 avocado / 1 avocado
- 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
- Sucul de la 1/2 lime / Juice from 1/2 lime
- 12 creveti / 12 shrimps
- 1/4 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 3 linguri patrunjel verde / 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1 1/2 ceasca orez basmati / 1 1/2 cup basmati rice
- 6 linguri ulei de masline / 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Sare / Salt
Spalam si curatam somonul de solzi. Il uscam bine cu ajutorul unui servet absorbant si il presaram cu sare. Adaugam 3 linguri de ulei si usturoiul zdrobit. Lasam la marinat la rece timp de o ora.
Intre timp pregatim orezul. Incingem o lingura de ulei de masline in Tefal One Pot si adaugam orezul basmati, 4 cesti de apa si o lingurita de sare. Alegem programul “Rice” pentru 9 minute.
Pentru salsa, incingem tigaia si prajim crevetii pe ambele parti. Taiem mango, avocado si ceapa in cubulete mici. Le adaugam intr-un bol alaturi de patrunjelul verde, sare, doua linguri ulei de masline, sucul de lime, fulgii de chilli si crevetii reci. Amestecam si lasam la rece.
Incingem o tigaie si prajim somonul pe ambele parti. Pe fiecare farfurie aranjam orez, somon si salsa de mango cu creveti.
Servim cu multa pofta alaturi de un pahar cu vin alb.

Salmon with Mango and Shrimp Salsa
Do you have a family party? Why not cook something special, like salmon with mango salsa and shrimp? This is a super delicious dinner that you can prepare and enjoy in the comfort of your own home. It is full of fresh, irresistible aromas that will impress anyone.
Wash and clean the scales from the salmon. Dry it well with the help of an absorbent napkin and sprinkle it with salt. Add 3 tablespoons of oil and crushed garlic. Leave to marinate in the fridge for an hour.
In the meantime, prepare the rice. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the Tefal One Pot and add the basmati rice, 4 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Choose the „Rice” program for 9 minutes.
For the salsa, heat the pan and fry the shrimps on both sides. Cut the mango, avocado and onion into small cubes. Add them to a bowl together with the parsley, salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lime juice, chili flakes and cold shrimps. Mix and leave to cool.
Heat a pan and fry the salmon on both sides. On each plate arrange rice, salmon and mango salsa with shrimps.
Serve with great appetite with a glass of white wine.
