Ciorba de pleurotus este o ciorba rapida cu ciuperci, usturoi si smantana aducand destul de bine cu ciorba de burta. Delicioasa si consistenta, aceasta ciorba este o alegere foarte buna pentru masa de pranz. Desi par ingrediente foarte simple, ciorba este pe cat de consistenta, pe atat de gustoasa.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 6 portii / for 6 servings)

  • 500 grame ciuperci pleurotus / 500 grams oyster mushroom
  • 1 ceapa / 1 onion
  • 1 morcov / 1 carrot
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lingurita cimbru / 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 100 grame gogosari murati / 100 grame pickled pepper
  • 2 linguri otet / 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 8 catei de usturoi / 8 garlic cloves
  • 200 grame smantana / 200 grams sour cream
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru aceasta reteta eu am folosit Tefal One Pot, insa urmand aceiasi pasi o puteti pregati in mod clasic.

Incalzim uleiul de masline in TOP, folosind functia “Brown”. Adaugam ceapa tocata marunt si morcovul ras pe razatoarea mica. Calim timp de 2 minute si adaugam ciupercile taiate fasii. Continuam sa mai calim 2 minute si apoi adaugam 1.5 litri apa calda, sare si cimbru. Acoperim cu capac si alegem functia “High pressure” pentru 15 minute.

La expirarea timpului, depresurizam oala si adaugam gogosarii murati taiati fasii si otetul. Mai pregatim timp de 2 minute folosind functia “Soup”.

Depresurizam si lasam sa se raceasca usor. Intr-un bol amestecam smantana cu usturoiul zdrobit si adaugam cate un polonic de ciorba. Adaugam apoi amestecul de smantana in ciorba si amestecam.

Servim ciorba cu ardei iute si paine prajita.

Oyster Mushroom Soup

Pleurotus soup is a quick soup with mushrooms, garlic and cream that goes quite well with belly soup. Delicious and hearty, this soup is a very good choice for lunch.

For this recipe I used Tefal One Pot, but following the same steps you can prepare it in the classic way.

Heat the olive oil in the TOP, using the „Brown” function. Add finely chopped onion and carrot grated on a small grater. Saute for 2 minutes and add the sliced mushrooms. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes and then add 1.5 liters of hot water, salt and thyme. Cover with a lid and choose the „High pressure” function for 15 minutes.

At the end of the time, depressurize the pot and add the sliced pickled peppers and the vinegar. Cook for another 2 minutes using the „Soup” function.

Depressurize and let it cool slightly. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the crushed garlic and add a spoonful of soup. Then add the cream mixture to the soup and mix.

Serve the soup with peppers and toast bread.
