Flamenco Eggs sau oua coapte de inspiratie spaniola cu chorizo, ardei si rosii – o idee extraordinara pentru un brunch intr-o singura tigaie.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 4 oua / 4 eggs
- 100 grame carnati chorizo / 100 grams chorizo
- 1 ceapa / 1 onion
- 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
- 1 ardei rosu / 1 red pepper
- 3 rosii / 3 tomatoes
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- Ceapa verde / Scallions
- Sare / Salt
Intr-o tigaie punem o lingura de ulei de masline si o incalzim usor. Adaugam ceapa si usturoiul taiate marunt si calim usor. Adaugam carnatii taiati felii si ardeiul taiat cubulete mici. Lasam la calit 2 minute, apoi adaugam rosiile taiate, sarea si fulgii de chilli. Continuam sa gatim pentru 10 minute.
Deasupra compozitiei de rosii, spargem ouale si le gatim sub capac pana cand sunt bune de mancat.
Presaram cu ceapa verde taiata marunt si fulgi de chilli si servim cu paine proaspata.
Daca v-au placut Flamenco Eggs va invit sa incercati si o Shakshuka, o Tigaie cu chorizo si oua sau o Tigaie cu oua romanesti.

Flamenco Eggs
Flamenco Eggs is an inspired Spanish baked eggs with chorizo, peppers and tomatoes – an extraordinary idea for a brunch in one pan.
Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and heat it slightly. Add finely chopped onion and garlic and saute lightly. Add sliced sausages and small diced pepper. Let it simmer for 2 minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes, salt and chili flakes. Continue to cook for 10 minutes.
On top of the tomato mixture, break the eggs and cook them under the lid until they are cooked.
Sprinkle with finely chopped scallions and chili flakes and serve with fresh bread.
