Supa crema de rosii, cu aromele sale bogate si textura catifelata, se imbina de minune cu toastul cu branza, care adauga un contrast crocant si sarat. INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)

Pentru supa crema de rosii:

  • 4 catei de usturoi
  • 70 grame ceapa
  • 15 grame ulei de masline
  • 500 grame rosii
  • 15 grame pasta de tomate
  • 240 ml supa de pui
  • 1/2 lingurita paprika dulce
  • 1 lingurita mica zahar sau indulcitor
  • 1 lingurita sare
  • 1/2 lingurita piper
  • 1/2 lingurita oregano

Pentru toast-ul cu branza:

  • 8 felii de paine toast
  • 50 grame unt
  • 200 grame cas sau cascaval

Pentru aceasta reteta, am ales sa folosesc supa de pui de la Zwup, pe care o am adesea in frigider. Este foarte utila atat pentru supe, cat si pentru fripturi sau tocanite.

Incepem prin a toca marunt usturoiul si ceapa. Intr-o oala, punem uleiul de masline si, cand se incalzeste, adaugam ceapa si usturoiul. Le calim timp de 3 minute, apoi adaugam rosiile taiate in sferturi, pasta de tomate, supa de pui, paprika, zaharul, sarea si piperul.

Gatim timp de 15 minute, apoi adaugam oregano si pasam pana obtinem o crema fina.

Pentru toastul cu branza, ungem feliile de paine cu unt si radem casul sau cascavalul. Eu am ales sa folosesc un cas usor sarat. Impartim amestecul de branza in mod egal pe 4 felii de paine si acoperim cu restul de toast deja pregatit, avand grija sa lasam partea unsa cu unt orientata in sus.

The tomato cream soup, with its rich flavors and velvety texture, goes wonderfully with the cheese toast, which adds a crunchy and salty contrast. In this article, I will guide you step by step through my favorite recipe for cream of tomato soup and toast with cheese, using simple and affordable ingredients. INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)

For the tomato cream soup:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 70 grams onion
  • 15 grams olive oil
  • 500 grams tomatoes
  • 15 grams tomato paste
  • 240 ml chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 small teaspoon sugar or sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano

For the cheese toast:

  • 8 slices toasted bread
  • 50 grams butter
  • 200 grams cheese

For this recipe, I chose to use chicken soup from Zwup, which I often have in the fridge. It is very useful both for soups and for steaks or stews.

Start by finely chopping the garlic and onion. In a pot, put the olive oil and, when it heats up, add the onion and garlic. Saute them for 3 minutes, then add the quartered tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken soup, paprika, sugar, salt and pepper.

Cook for 15 minutes, then add oregano and blend until you get a fine cream.

For the cheese toast, spread the slices of bread with butter and grate the cheese. I chose to use a lightly salted cheese. Divide the cheese mixture equally among 4 slices of bread and cover with the rest of the slices, taking care to leave the buttered side facing up.

Heat the sandwich maker and fry the toast until it becomes nicely browned.

Serve tomato cream soup with cheese toast and enjoy!
