Gandeste-te la cartofii crocanti, carnatii afumati care dau un vibe de „vacanta la tara” si ouale perfect gatite, cu galbenusul numai bun sa se scurga pe cartofii pai, toate puse intr-un dans delicios de arome. Si ca sa fie si mai tare, iti recomandam sa o insotesti cu muraturi asortate si un pahar de Protocol Merlot 2021 de la Crama Stramutata – pentru ca, sa fim seriosi, cine nu vrea sa fie si putin sofisticat cand mananca? INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 500 rame cartofi pai FrescoVerde
- 400 grame carnati afumati
- 2 oua
- 75 grame telemea de oaie
- 1 lingura ulei de masline
- Sare

Pentru aceasta reteta, am ales cartofii pai congelati de la FrescoVerde, un produs de origine romaneasca, fara uleiuri vegetale, aditivi sau conservanti. Acesti cartofi reprezinta o optiune excelenta, fiind atat practici si usor de pregatit, cat si extrem de gustosi.
Incepem prin a unge o tava cu o lingura de ulei de masline, apoi adaugam cartofii si ii distribuim uniform. Presaram sare dupa gust si introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C, lasand cartofii sa se coaca timp de 15 minute.

Dupa expirarea acestui interval, asezam carnatii peste cartofi si continuam gatirea timp de inca 15 minute pe fiecare parte, pana cand acestia devin frumos rumeniti si apetisanti.
La final, scoatem tava din cuptor si adaugam deasupra ouale ochiuri, presarand generos telemea de oaie sfaramata pentru un plus de savoare.

Savuram acest preparat alaturi de muraturi asortate, care adauga un contrast placut de arome si texturi. Pentru o experienta culinara desavarsita, il asociem cu un pahar de Protocol Merlot 2021, un vin rosu versatil, caracterizat de note intense de mure coapte si prajitura cu fructe, care evolueaza in timp spre subtile accente de tutun si ciocolata. Start by greasing a tray with a tablespoon of olive oil, then add the fries and distribute them evenly. Sprinkle salt to taste and place the tray in the preheated oven at 180°C, letting the fries bake for 15 minutes.
After this time, place the sausages on top of the fries and continue cooking for another 15 minutes on each side until they become nicely browned and appetizing.
At the end, remove the tray from the oven and add the sunny-side-up eggs on top, generously sprinkling crumbled sheep’s milk cheese for added flavor.
