Imagineaza-ti un avocado bine copt, transformat intr-o crema fina impreuna cu ricotta, asezonat perfect si completat de oua fierte. Totul presarat cu ceapa verde si fulgi de chilli, pentru acel „ceva” care iti trezeste papilele gustative. INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 1 avocado
- 250 grame ricotta
- 4 oua
- Sucul de la 1/2 lamaie
- Sare

In ultima perioada, am inceput sa ma indrept tot mai mult catre retete care imbina savoarea cu rapiditatea in preparare. Astazi, va propun un mic dejun echilibrat, bogat in proteine si absolut delicios, perfect pentru a incepe ziua cu energie.

Pentru aceasta reteta, incepem prin a fierbe ouale pana ajung la o consistenta medie spre tare, apoi le curatam cu grija. Intre timp, intr-un bol, zdrobim pulpa unui avocado bine copt si o stropim cu suc proaspat de lamaie pentru a preveni oxidarea. Adaugam un praf de sare si pasam totul cu o furculita pana obtinem o pasta omogena. Incorporam apoi branza ricotta si amestecam pana cand rezulta o crema fina si catifelata.

Distribuim crema de avocado si ricotta in doua boluri si asezam deasupra cate doua oua fierte, taiate pe jumatate. Presaram cu un praf de sare, ceapa verde tocata marunt si fulgi de chilli pentru un plus de savoare.
Servim preparatul alaturi de crackers integrali sau felii de paine prajita, in functie de preferinte.

Lately, I’ve been gravitating towards recipes that perfectly balance flavor and convenience. Today, I’m bringing you a nutritious, protein-packed, and absolutely delicious breakfast – the perfect way to start your day with energy!
For this recipe, we start by boiling the eggs until they reach a medium-hard consistency, then carefully peeling them. Meanwhile, in a bowl, we mash a perfectly ripe avocado and drizzle it with fresh lemon juice to prevent oxidation. We add a pinch of salt and mash everything with a fork until we achieve a smooth texture. Then, we incorporate the ricotta and mix well until we get a silky, creamy consistency.
